I have to say that setting up the appointment was easy and they sent someone out within 2 hours of my call. I think that Lal was polite, efficient and very competent. I thought that the price was on the high side. Since this was a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend I was willing to pay anything to get my leak fixed. I do have an upcoming plumbing job after I have new countertops put in and I will look to Angie's list to get me someone more reasonable in price.

I was able to make a same day appointment for a clogged kitchen sink. The office called and told me exactly when the technician would be coming. He showed up on time , explained what he was going to do to take care of the problem and gave a price for the repair. My kitchen now drains like new.

We have been happy to use Roto-Rooter for all of our plumbing needs for years. They have always been efficient and courteous.

Our last project was the installation of a basement toilet, which became necessary as we became aware of a major dollar-draining leak! The two technicians arrived as scheduled, and gave us an overview of the problem and options as to how to proceed. After signing the work order, they began at once, keeping us up to date on their progress. Even though they were working with some ""vintage"" items from our older home, they successfully finished up, demonstrated the work, and cleaned up the area very well.

When I checked the area the next day, I saw an area of wetness from the back of the toilet. It seemed to be coming from the water supply valve, which had not been part of the repair. We turned off the water supply and called to schedule a follow-up appointment. A new team was assigned the stop, as the original team was not available. Not an issue for us. They arrived on time and quickly evaluated the problem. They discussed how they would remedy it, and got to work immediately. They fixed the leak and reassembled the workings, demonstrating the results to us. There was NO CHARGE for the follow-up repair, and they apologized for not spotting the leak at the first appointment. Again, they were very courteous to us and tidy cleaning up.

We have - and will continue to - recommend Roto-Rooter, and would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Hopefully, that will be many, many flushes far in the future.

Overall, the service was okay. I called this morning and within an hour, the plumber was at my home. The plumber was professional and courteous. I was just disappointed by the fact he had to leave my home twice to purchase parts and each time it took awhile for him to return. Otherwise things were fine.

I am a fan of the service I received. The technicians were on time, courteous and very helpful
with their recommendations. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and made sure I was aware of the problems and the resolutions they preformed. As usual the technicians were excellent. My complaint is this review process is confusing. From not allowing me to place my correct city (Cleveland Heights) into the process to giving me the impression I am dealing with I dispatch site I don't even know. Sorry but it's the little things that irritates customers the most.

I have used Roto Rooter 3 times this year and all my experiences have been wonderful. I've had 2 technicians come out - both were extremely professional, timely and I feel confident they resolved the issues I had in my home. Everyone I spoke to in the office to set up an appointment were helpful, accommodating to my schedule and urgency. Their fees are a higher but worth it for the excellent work!!

Service Technition was late due to a delay at previous stop - understandable but still frustrating. Work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Kitchen sink was blocked about 25 feet out past the wall of the house but is now clear and working great!

Actually it is WooHOO the service was terrific...but gave a Yah, as the initial call-in they told us be there in 2 hours and after 3 hours we called to check....finally they said in a couple more hours which was fine with us, but would have expected a call from them initially. However, the service from Matt was extremely satisfactory. It was a difficult bath tub drain to clear, but Matt persisted and went above and beyond to provide the final fix. A great relief to us, and thanks to him for a very professional job....Definitely would use the service again! Larry W
