Called to get a pipe fixed in my crawl space. Spoke to 4 different people at roto-rooter and no one ever said there would be a $250.00 dollar charge to go in my crawl space which is 3 feet tall. Someone even called me the same day to see if I needed my crawl space cleaned from water so they knew it was a crawl space, then when the one guy got there he said just to go in, it will be 250 then they could give me an estimate. Very Disappointed and frustrated that they could have told me over the phone and I would have declined instead of waiting 2 days for them to show up and then tell me a hidden charge of 250. Never again will I call this company. Shameful. I hired someone else and had my pipe fixed in less than an hour and a very reasonable rate.

Roto-Rooter came out on very short notice to fix our plumbing issue. Larry and Andrew were very professional and courteous. The cost was reasonable and the issue was fixed in one visit and a short amount of time. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing issue they need fixed.

Terrible Customer service!! Called to reschedule a service, was told that it was rescheduled, but the idiot never actually rescheduled the appointment. Also never received a written estimate. Very unprofessional.

I had Roto-Rooter come out to a house with a lot of plumbing needed. Storm drain and interior and Dave came out and have great suggestions for the storm drain and went through all that we needed on the interior. He came out on a Sunday even! He was nice, professional, explained things clearly, fairly priced, and he even taught us some things! I am extremely pleased with his expertise and customer service. I would highly recommend this company and I will be requesting Dave for all of my work.

Very disappointed. Memorial weekend Sunday called at 10 am with main drain clogged. Informed there was one other job ahead of me, they would probably be there between 1 and 3 but they would call first. 5 pm no call so I called them back. They said the other job went over but they will get to me.

8 pm I call another service. (You can search my reviews to find out who). They came out to my house at 9 pm and the cleared the main drain at 2/3rds the cost of Roto-Rooter.

Mid-day next day and I still have not heard from Roto-Rooter.

I felt like I was jerked around by them all day, which is why I am compelled to leave such a bad review. I will make sure to share this with my friends.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Needed help in an emergency, and just to clean out a main drain was quoted $375. Ripoff Rooter! Call Value Rooter instead $250. Still a ripoff, but it was an emergency.

I called Roto Rooter for a clogged drain in the kitchen sink after my babysitter dumped a package of dried beans down the garbage disposal (!!!!) Ted was dispatched that day and could not have been more courteous, hard working, neat or transparent about what turned into a VERY BIG problem, requiring about 7 hours of labor.
