Yuck. What could be worse than a backed up sewer and why does it seem like events like this happen on weekends or holidays?!? Well, on Saturday, 9/30/2017 my sewer backed up and I knew that the only way to get this resolved quickly would be to call Roto-Rooter. Russell showed up within an hour, as promised, and snaked out my main drain. You get what you pay for and with that said I recommend Roto-Rooter for fast and reliable service when you need it most.

After calling a plumbing company who wanted to charge me 130 dollars just to show up at our home I decided to call roto rooter. Within an hour Kyle was in my driveway and after 5 mins had diagnosed our problem. After giving us a fair price he got to work. 30 mins later our problem was gone. He was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. He saved us. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately I have had to call Roto Rooter several times over the 40 + years we have lived in this house. They have handled a clogged bathtub, a clogged kitchen sink and most recently a clogged drain that included a clogged sewer line from the house to the street. Their availability, professionalism, and customer service have never let us down!!
They come on time, they are courteous and handle each task well. It is my pleasure to give them a 'high marks' review

They installed a liner in my sewer pipe, which was cooroded. They were on time, professional and efficient. You could tell they were very experienced and knew what they were doing. All three techs, Edwin, Ernesto and Roberto were very helpful and motivated to do a good job.

Nick, the technician, was great however the service itself cost over $400 and that was with a coupon, for about 1 hour's worth of work. The drain is now clean, but my checking account is as ""clean"" as well. I would recommend as they did what they said they would, however they did miss my ""promised arrival time"" by 2 hours.

High praises! We had sewage back up into our shower, tub and all over the floor of our bathroom 4 days before Christmas! We called Roto-Rooter at 4:00pm on December 21, 2016 and by 6:30 pm Tony and Mario had found the clog in the main line outside going into the septic tank.It was also partially frozen. They cleared it and then ""jetted"" the line. Tony Casella and Mario Lopez were professional, understanding, empathetic, and most importantly knew what they were doing and had the necessary equipment in the truck. Even my husband, who is really handy around the house, was impressed.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. They are the biggest scam artists and the techs and management are the biggest jerks in the world. They provide awful service and they have an attitude when you say something isn't right. I would have them investigated and put out of business for how they scam customers. I've contacted local news outlets and filed complaints with local business agencies to show how they overcharge customers and bully them into paying. Don't ever use this company.
