First guy was good, tried his best to unclog the sewage pipe. Had to call the jetting service because there are roots clogging the pipe, they told me they would come the next morning. We waited all day while they kept claiming delays. After insisting they send someone out, the jetter called and said the last guy gave a wrong estimate because he was ""new"", and raised the price by $1000, more than double the original estimate. Ridiculously unprofessional.

These guys are terrible. They charged a lot of money to snake a pipe running from the sink to the waste pipe. Apparently it's a galvanized pipe and they put a hole in it. They never checked for a leak and when I discovered after the water was turned on and called, they said they weren't responsible A lot of money in water damages plus my house smells like mold. The supervisor who called back was very aggressive and hostile.

AVOID AT ALL COST. We called Roto Rooter slow draining and a weird sound when our bathroom drain was draining.
Roto Rooters charged an absurd amount of money, while they were working on the drain they pulled something that out that they were not supposed to and water started pouring from our kitchen ceiling. We never had water issues from our kitchen ceiling prior. They told me they fixed the drain and went on their way.
The drain as not fixed. I had to call them back and they had to return and make a second attempt at our bathroom drain.
I called the company to talk about the extensive water damage they caused in our kitchen and also how the second attempt did not make the drain in our bathroom better. The manager Sascha has been avoiding me at all costs and refuses to help with the damages or take money off of our bill for the damages and also not finishing the job. The customer service is HORRIFIC. Their technicians are not knowledgeable. I almost feel like reporting this location as a fraud location.

They came and did so during the pandemic but the cost is extremely expensive. 900 bucks to clear a drain!

The guy was very nice so I will not use his name but he gave me a big speech about how religious he was and how he could never over charge anyone because ""God is watching. He then charged me $1500 to clean half of my houses drains. I later found out that this was about double what it should have cost and that the employees at Roto-rooter get commission based on how much money they can get for a job. They also have a chart in their break room to encourage the employees to charge as much as they can to beat out each other. The guy even left a toilet dhoutoff leaking which was not the case before he came as well as the flapper leaking. I actually hope the drains clog during my 6 month warranty so I can get a little mire for the crazy money I spent. Beware of how much they charge you and definitely get a second quote!!!

On 9/24, we had our washing machine back up and leak into our basement. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out within 2 hours of us calling them. The service tech/plumber was Enroy. They un-clogged the main sewer line and found a pretty bad break in the sewer line. The pipe was also severely corroded so they also suggested we have it re-lined. They gave us an estimate the same night and by the next day we had a working contract. The crew arrived early on Monday morning 9/28 and were done before 3PM. While it is money out of our pockets, we now have piece of mind that we have a 50 year guarantee on our sewer line. Thank you to Enroy, Ernesto, Angel, Geraldo, and Fernin for their hard work. Thank you to also Frank who reassured us with the finer details of the contract and answering our questions over a weekend. The job was done correctly and quickly.

From the customer service department to there plumber, what an amazing group of people this company has. Kudos for all you do for the community as well as they will rescue animals at no cost of needed.

Right from the start, this guy did not want to help me. He called me before showing up and just told me I need to purchase a whole new faucet even though the problem is only with the spray head. I felt like I had to beg him to come look at the faucet and he was here for less than 5 minutes and did not even try to fix the problem. Basically gave me instructions that I had already figured out on my own and that didn't solve the problem. I understand that I'm missing a piece that fell down the drain and I get that plumbing supply stores are closed due to the pandemic but the customer service was less than exemplary. Instead of giving me a reasonable suggestion, he tells me to buy a completely new faucet which will cost me thousands in the end. Thanks a lot!

Roto-Rooter's policy is not quote a price over the phone. The reason they do that is obvious. I trusted they could be fair based upon their national reputation but this was a costly mistake on my part. Never again!!!!
