Our backyard drain clogged over the New Years holiday weekend - Clyde came out first thing today, located the issue, and cleared the drain just before the storm this afternoon. We are so grateful for the prompt service!

Expect the unexpected! Yes, I needed an emergency plumber on Christmas Day as my bathroom drain was backed up. Adam was very patient and very understanding. Took them a little over 2 hrs from the time I called and got the problem fixed. Now I can enjoy the rest of my Christmas with my little family.

Don't believe these people. They answered the 800 number for a nighttime call for a clogged drain. I was quoted $137 for the call & after hours service. I was initially given 9pm time, they called back & delayed until 11pm & I agreed to reschedule when they called back with a 2am ETA. Next morning they called to move my time from 9am to 4pm. I explained we're expecting snow. They returned my later called & advised new time of noon. The guy shows up, looks under the sink & says $385 & explains that the $137 doesn't cover the work & agreed that their people should be clearer as this misunderstanding happens frequently. live & learn. I had an issue with a toilet in my home. Steve came out to help me and he was highly professional and polite. The problem was solved in a timely manner. Steve was the very best tradesperson I have had in my home in many years.

I would give them a zero if allowed, they did unauthorized work, charged me 325.00, did not give me a receipt for work. I have filed a complaint with better business bureau, google reviews show this tactic of doing unauthorized work is their modus's operandi-/ normal practice. Lots of bad reviews.

Adam came to my property today. He was very imperative and helped analyze the issue quickly/professional. Adam was kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend. Excellent job!!

They came out under 2 hours after we called. Our technician, David, was very professional and explained everything to us without making us feel dumb. We were very happy with him. Rating is because price was kind of steep. It was about $370 to come out and take a clog out of the main sewage. However, we are happy with Roto-Rooter and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a pipe break in my bathroom wall in the evening. Edwardo was over bright and early the next morning. he was extremely professional and thorough. he took moisture readings, pictures let me know what the process was going to look like. him and Ryan set up fans and taped everything off. They coordinated with insurance and scheduled an abatement team to come remove my walls (they are asbestos). really made the process so easy.
Betty in the office was so easy to work with. I really appreciate how they text you when they are on their way and you can see a gps location of the vehicle so you know exactly how far out they are. I only wish they could have done the whole thing top to bottom for me. Easily the easiest company to work with during this entire process.

Writing on behalf of my elderly father. If I could leave zero stars I would, but unfortunately that isn't an option. I called to inquire about having an technician come by to find a leak we were told we had by the water company. When I called to see how much it would be to have someone asses the house to see if they could tell us where the leak was coming from, I was told there wasn't a charge for that and there would only be a charge if we proceeded to want the leak fixed once it was detected. I proceeded making a same day apt and was given a window from 3-7pm for arrival. I called at 6:30 pm for an update which is when they told me the technician had went home for the day and I needed to reschedule (so I wasted all those hours for nothing) I was irritated because if it wasn't for me calling to get an update, I would of been waiting around since they didn't care to call and notify us. They then rescheduled us for the next morning. When the technician arrived, within 2 minutes, he advised that he had located where the leak was coming from and let me know that he needed to escalate the problem to another technician therefore his diagnostic was quickly finished. At that point, he told my father that his total for the assessment was $600. (no work or repair were done). My father not knowing any better did as he was told and paid the $600 to Jeffery ( the technician) #6609 ( worker number). When I got home from work, I was informed of what happened. I was highly upset because I was told that the assessment wouldn't have a charge. I then called the 800 number and spoke to Tobi who apologized multiple times saying that the technican shouldn't have charged us. Not only did Jeffery charge us when he was not supposed to, but he put on the invoice that he worked for 1.5 hours when he wasn't even there for no more than 20 minutes AT MOST. beware of this company, they are scammers. I was told false information, horrible customer service. I dont mind paying for honest work, but Jeffery definitely took advantage of my elderly father and falsified his invoice. Very dissapointing. I hope to hear back from management. This is not right.

Adam, our technician, was very nice. He did an excellent job. He knew his job well, he was friendly and explained what he was going to need to do and
then did it. He was very respectful and when he was finished he cleaned up everything very nicely, and left the area inside and outside clean and neat. he even rolled up our hose. Adam also gave us a senior discount. If I ever have other plumbing problems I would be glad to have him come out and take care of the problem.
