I called for service at noon and was told somebody would be here ""soon"". Then I got a call from them at 2pm saying they couldn't get anybody here until 3. I cancelled my afternoons work to wait for them to arrive. Then I got another call saying they couldn't be here until 5. Now I put all my dinner preparations away and skipped an evening walk. Then I got a call saying they couldn't be here until 7. When nobody had arrived by 7:45 I called them and was told somebody would be here ""soon"". Apparently it was the same soon as the 12:00 soon, because I got another call at 9pm from the plumber telling me he would be here in an hour and a half. I cancelled, as I should have done when I got the first phone call, but wasted an entire day like a prisoner in my house for nothing and used a sick day at work.

Excellent and professional service. The guy arrived on time and had a mask on also covered his shoes before entering our home. Gave an estimate and was honest. Overall very clean and satisfied with the service woulddefinitely consider hiring them for any future project.

My husband looked up company on Angie's List-they came in afternoon instead of morning. Took pics, stated it would cost $1200 for replacing union/valve/fittings on outside faucet. Aaron Fillmore was gone for 2 hours to get parts. Only took one hour of work. Robert Crumb was supervisor who checked the work. My husband signed for the work on an I pad and was never emailed a receipt. We have not received the emailed receipt yet and it has been 3 days! I had to make many phone calls, filed a complaint on Better Business Bureau website, and had to call Mike Hopkins-manager several times. He made excuses of all the expenses he has (which I don't care!) and tried to offer $300 off which I refused. Then, he called back and offered $600 off. I finally agreed because I didn't want to deal with all this bull. Resources from other plumbers stated it should have been $300 to $480 at most. Roto Rooter was taking advantage of someone who doesn't know regular prices and under a lot of stress due to finding out our Mom in Spain has COVID19. Also, I'm an RN working at Valley Children's Hospital..although not an adult hospital, we are still dealing with a lot of stuff. This was very unprofessional and A deceptive way to conduct business. They should not be in business!! Please remove them from Angie's List to prevent others from being taken.

No communication after 4 hours and 3 phone call to check on the technician status. Don't even try to call them if you want to stay calm! SERIOUS WARNING FOR ANYONE THAT SEES THIS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We had Roto-Rooter come out and give us a ""free"" estimate for a leaking shower faucet. Johnnie came in, after arriving about 30 minutes from the notice he was on the way. I showed him to the bathroom and he told me the first step would be to replace the cartridge. He then proceeded to tell me ""I'm not gonna lie, the parts aren't cheap..."" and then quoted me a price of $585! I thought that was pretty high, and let him know I would not be able to do that today. He immediately asked about what price I was expecting. I let him know we wouldn't be able to do it now, and he began offering to ""call his manager to see what he could do, since he was already here."" Now I have worked in sales before, and I knew this routine. I told him he could go and showed him the door.

I then proceeded to look up the cost of the cartridge at the local hardware store, it was $46 for the name brand and $36 for the off brand. Even after buying a new handle, lubricant and the removal tool, (things a plumber would not have to buy,) the cost would be around $85. So that means if the job took him an hour, he was charging me $250 if you count travel time. I know he would have been able to do it in less than an hour, because I watched some videos, bought the parts myself and did the switch. I have no idea what I am doing and managed to finish it in less than 2 hours, even with my travel to the store...

Do not fall for these guys ""free estimate"" gimmick. Find someone who can do the job for a fair price and not try to rob you because they think they can get away with it.

Had a great experience with the company. I should've called them first and had them come out to snake our wash out. We wasted more money trying to do it ourself. It cost more to rent the machine and Home Depot than to call them out to service.

Aaron was marvelous! Service was excellent. Our kitchen sink (and line) needed to be jetted. The cost of the service was reasonable considering the cost of labor, time, skill, and equipment. We will call them again should the need arise. Nicely done!

We had a weird clog in our sink. Had them out, initially, for a slow drain. Then it was all bad from there. Aaron showed up with his coworker and ended up being stuck here most of the day because of a bad decision by the last plumbers. They were friendly, helpful, and did an amazing job!

Find a local business and support them this place is a joke. Wanted almost $800 to check the drain, fix it if needed and put a new facet on for us. Found a guy locally who did it for $150. Do not waste your money here.

Had service done on a shower valve in Selma CA. Jonathan Valdez was the person doing the service and unfortunately didn't go so well. Price was over charged and work was done poorly. He made an opening on the back side of the wall where the valve was supposed to be (making a wrong measurement and not giving himself enough space to work) he then decided to open a second opening and finally replacing the valve. A job that would easily be charged for around $150-200 was over charged to

$600 with OUT AN INVOICE.

Water spout was left out of wack and no caulking to seal the new cover plate or spout was used.

Total items used
5 shark bite connectors
1 new shower valve
1 shower cover plate and handle
A small piece of pex conduit.

Drywall was left exposed on the opening where he made a mistake and the opening where he did the work. Tried get in contact with a manager to get a detail invoice on the work done and why did they charge so much? Unfortunately they gave a a run around until I contacted headquarters. Do not use roto-rooter!
After seen a few videos on YouTube you can see how these people over price their work. https://youtu.be/RUPW9bC73rU
