Job was bigger than I thought! Erik came out the same day (worked around my schedule) and snaked the drain. Had to call in another technician to clear out the roots with some hydro-thing. Kyle Malloy was able to come out the same day and clear everything out. Both men were prompt, professional and friendly. Kyle even brought in my garbage cans. So nice.

Called to have someone come out and unclog my bathroom drain. They were friendly and very helpful. The gentleman came out fixed it with no issues. The only thing I would say is that it did seem a little expensive to un-clog one bathroom drain but he did work with me on the price. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Great experience! We called regarding a leaky outdoor hose nozzle for our new house in Sterling Heights and they came out the next day (just before it snowed), inspected the situation and gave us an immediate estimate, along with the approximate time to fix it.

Our technician also pointed out an issue with our laundry sink/washer connection that we were debating getting fixed anyway; he said that this was probably the bigger issue and provided an estimate there, too.

Once we approved both projects, he picked up the proper parts and had everything fixed within a few hours.

The only drawback (why I'm not rating it 5 stars) is the price. It was pretty expensive, but I'd much rather pay for the preventative maintenance than pay a lot more to repair a flooded basement.

My wife made an appointment to have a bathroom sink unclogged and was given an arrival window of 10 AM to noon and we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. We never heard anything, so around 2:00 PM, I called the office and they told me we were next on the route and he would be there within 45 minutes. He finally arrived at nearly 4:15 PM! Although the sink worked fine when he left and $245 later, it was very disappointing to know the issue was never brought up and addressed. Big letdown on the customer service, which is far more important than the repair!

Called Roto Rooter in the early afternoon yesterday for service in Rochester Hills and a plumber was dispatched for same day service which surprised me. I got a info call plumber was on the way and he got there two hours later which had me a little worried that he would show up, but when he did, my only dissatisfaction was that he didn't have the parts on the truck. He evaluated my issue, went and got parts and entire repair was done in 2.5 hours. Outdoor faucet had to be rebuilt thru the basement. Great attitude, great service, but hefty price. Still, I would call them again. It was our second satisfied service experience with this firm. Just a tad expensive.

Tech came out at 9:30 am for the appointment from 9-1. He was friendly and got the shower drain unclogged in about a half an hour. Only downside was the price, which was $225 after a $30 coupon. Im not sure how that compares to other places, but seems pretty steep for a 30 minute service.

I called this morning to set up emergency service and was told someone would call 30 minutes prior to coming out and would be here btw 12-5. My husband and I waited all day. I missed a call at 3pm and called back 15 mins later and was told they sent the plumber elsewhere bc we didn't answer the phone. Now he couldn't guarantee that someone could come today. I thought the 30 min prior call was a warning call not a we won't come if you don't answer call. Unacceptable way to do business.

So, it is Sunday and the whole house clogged after breakfast. I called my normal local Walled Lake plumber and never got a call back. Used the online appt for roto-rooter and was given a time frame for today! Yeah! Not only did they show up in their timeframe but got the job done in 45 min. Everything is now clear and functioning. Joe was nice and professional. Thank you.
