Second time in 6 months I've used Roto Rooter. Used them many times before that. Always quick and courteous service. Never had a problem after they have done a job. I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so.

Worst service I ever received in my life. A complete waste of time and money. After the plumber screwed up my sinks (leaking water, wrong hot/cold settings), he came back the next day to make amends and left with things in worse condition. Completely overpriced. I paid for a service I did not receive. I feel gipped, lied to, taken advantage of. Not to mention the time and money I cannot get back!

Had to wait a little longer for the plumber to get to the house, other jobs before mine took longer than expected, but once here everything went great. The plumber knew what he was doing and explained everything to me in detail. What the issue was, what was causing it and what he recommended to fix the leak. Shower base leak has been fixed and looks great. Glad I made the call.

Roto-rooter came out the next day to fix a drain back up. Tim from Roto Rooter was polite, explained charges up front, and got the roots out. He also looked at my bathtub drainage issue. I knock off one star because I wish he would have covered his boots before walking on my carpet. But overall he was very friendly and helpful and got the job done.

Submitted appt request online Friday eve for Saturday am. Received call 45 min prior to technician arrival (arrived early). Technician assessed situation and made several recommendations for immediate as well as future improvements. Very efficient, clean and friendly service. Original price discounted on the spot seemed high, but if this resolves the issue it is well worth it!

Called to have a bathroom faucet installed. Service was okay, but VERY expensive. Would probably not use them again due to the price. Paid $445 for the job, which seems excessive to me. Otherwise they seemed professional and knowledgeable.

The plumbers were friendly and knowledgable. I was told by another company that the copper line to my dishwasher needed to be replaced. But roto-rooter plumber explained to me it was perfectly fine and only the drain pipe needed to be replaced.
