The toilet from my upstairs neighbor was leaking into my unit. The owner of the unit called Roto-Rooter and they came out to assess the issue. The initial team led by David Hrobochak, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the upstairs unit toilet sealed off my bathroom installed a dehumidifier and air filter. They proceeded to cut a small section out of my ceiling and found mold. Mold specialist Fainuu Soliai and his team then proceeded to remove and disinfect all affected areas. Both David and Fainuu and the rest of the crew were professional and provided great communication regarding all activities through the process. Really appreciate their hard work.

Our toilet was intermittently running over for about 5 hours overnight. I stepped off the last stair into about 3/8"" water on our downstairs floor. What a way to really wake up for my early morning meeting. Did a quick search on the internet for 24/7 plumbers with a good rating on Google. RotoRooter did not disappoint in an already stressful setting. Their on call lady was really nice and accommodating even at 4:30a in the morning. The inspector/sales guy was there by 6:30a, even though he technically didn't start until 8a. The cleaning crew was their about 9:30-10:00a. Needless to say 5+ hours of water intrusion got into the walls in the kitchen, bath, entry. Their crew was respectful, accommodating and just really great to work with. The lower cabinets and 2 feet of the lower walls needed to be removed and everything needed to be dried out. There were there every step of the way. I big thank you to everyone that helped us in Kaneohe. Now onto the repairs...

I do not recommend them. I contacted them during an emergency was told it would take them about 2-4 hours to get someone in contact with me. Hours went by with me calling and calling to see where someone was and they never came. They contacted me 24 hours later telling me someone had been assigned the job and should be reaching out to me! Unacceptable! I had to contact someone else to help fix the issue.

Worst Rooter company I have ever dealt with in my life, and I'm a regular user of plumbing services for several rental properties I own. In my 30+ years on the island, this company truly is the least Aloha friendly. My tenant had a blocked toilet. They sent over a super exceptionally rude person with an accent so thick I had to ask him 4 times how much the charge was going to be. He wanted $1150 to remove our toilet and run a snake to unblock it. I literally used the same company 3 months prior and paid an unheard of $350 for the same issue in a different apartment. Now it's $1150? I guess these guys make all their money on commission and they sent over the greediest of workers. I called the manager, and they put me through to a lady, Sandy, who claimed to be the manager. After I explained my issue to her, she put me on hold and transferred me to another guy, also claiming to be the manager. This guy was very rude and just hung up on me. I highly recommend AVOIDING this ""used car"" sales tactic of a scam operation. I've used many companies for 20+ years here over and over and am a very loyal customer to the hard working people on Oahu. These guys need to be put out of business!

My dad called them to fix our sink. And they said they will come in the afternoon. So we waited and waited. The guy finally came at 5:30pm. Then we showed the guy the plug up sink. He said he can't fix it because that's not my job. What the heck? This tells you don't call Roto-Rooter! Bad Customer Service!

Rance was the name of our technician. Super professional and very knowledgeable. He was punctual and helped us to understand the problem. He was very mindful and I loved that he showed up with a mask on!! Very respectful and friendly. Got the job done!! Highly recommend!!!!

Roto Rooter was one of five plumbing companies I called. They were the one who were able to respond the quickest to my plumbing emergency (broken sewer line). They observed proper COVID protocols and explained everything they were doing. My household was back up and running in no time. They did a good cleanup job and were friendly and professional. They were able to beat their competitors' pricing. Appreciate Frank, Noah, Nick, Johnny, and one other gentleman whose name I forgot to write down. Will definitely use them again!

So i called to make an appointment to see what they could do for the leak i had in my water heater....so they came to the house and the two guys that came was talking amongst each other making like the job was hard and then when the said $400 . i was like what the hell...so i ended up telling them nvm and ended up calling the number on my water heater and the guy on the phone told me what to do and helped me fix it for free. this company wanted me to pay $400 plus parts for something so little like tightening the screws and also changing the cover that was rusting because of the water. so yeah i wouldn't recommend this company at all.

We used this company for the flood that happened at my parents house because they were available to come to the site ASAP. I should've followed my instincts but we needed someone pronto. If I could give ZERO star I would. This company sucks!! They're so nice and helpful in the beginning but once they get your money, they do a shoddy job. Also the communication and coordinating sucks, for the overly price you pay you would think they would make the transition as smooth as possible. I constantly had to bother them to see what's going on. Save yourself such headache and go to a local company with good reviews!
