They just had to get a screw in the bottom and it cost me more than 200 dollars then he suggest I buy a magnet screw driver. It was too.expensive. I will not call then again. This is a second reviews and I want to recant my first review which was good but I don't recommend.

Terrific company! May not be the least expensive but from top down great people felt like family. From Fred, Raul, Garrett, Noa, Kawika, Peter, Chris, Brad and Wyatt. And the accounting dept...Sandy. Thank you for everything from rerouting our pipes to lining the sewer lines go better than expected.

Answering service will not give you an estimate over phone. $100 cost for service fee. $487 estimate for clearing of drain regardless if it takes 15 minutes or 60 minutes. Cost is way more than other companies. Do not use this company unless you want to pay ridiculous prices.

Had a problem in toilet tank malfunction and because I could not get a service to come the next day, I called Rotor Rooter. Got a next day appointment because I have a single bath in my home. They came on time, found problem and gave me quote. My choice was to get done now or wait a couple days with a broken toilet. Price was jaw drooping but needed it done. Parts were $35.98. Labor was $431.10 for a half an hour job. Lesson learned. Will not use this company again. ROTO ROOTER KAPOLEI HAWAII

They do the quote on worst case and do not adjust when things go well. If you want to pay $2500.00/hr use these guys!

Eddie Cordes was friendly, neat and clean, respectful and most of all effective! Our kitchen sink backed up 6 days ago. We called another plumbing company, who came out twice to snake the drain and even sent down a camera, but were unsuccessful in clearing the clog. They kept hitting a hard stop at about 20 ft. in and couldn't go any further. When they suggested we cap that line and cut through our concrete to lay an external drain line for an exorbitant price, we called Roto-Rooter for a 2nd opinion. We called at about 1:30 pm today and Eddie arrived at about 3:30 pm. Eddie pointed out that sending a camera down, doesn't necessarily fix the problem. Plus, there was water sitting in the pipe now even though we hadn't run any water down the drain for 6 days, so there would be poor visibility anyway. Once you see what's wrong, you still have to go in and clear it somehow. That made sense. He used 2 different sized augers. Small one at first. He ran into the hard stop too, probably a joint, but he kept working it until he noticed it went a little further, like 30 ft. Then he used a larger coil that was longer - 90ft. He kept working it through another hard stop until it finally pushed through freely at about 70 ft! Hooray! Thanks to Eddie we can use our kitchen sink again! And we didn't have to empty our savings! Eddie worked on our sink as if it was his own. It's so hard to find someone with both expertise and heart. We really scored when Roto-Rooter sent us Eddie. By about 5 to 530 he had cleaned everything up so nice and neat. We couldn't be happier!

Ask the prices first. Their minimum is 350 to do any job whether it's 15 mins or 1 hr. plus parts. As a senior I felt like the plumber was not looking out for me but took advantage of a quick fix situation to make money. I was desperate when I needed a leaking hose repaired under my sink. Initially said he'd give we a discount but ended up charging me the full amount to change two hoses which I asked him to do. Only one was leaking but I wanted to ensure no problems later. This job cost me almost 400!! Sad Kupuna

The toilet from my upstairs neighbor was leaking into my unit. The owner of the unit called Roto-Rooter and they came out to assess the issue. The initial team led by David Hrobochak, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the upstairs unit toilet sealed off my bathroom installed a dehumidifier and air filter. They proceeded to cut a small section out of my ceiling and found mold. Mold specialist Fainuu Soliai and his team then proceeded to remove and disinfect all affected areas. Both David and Fainuu and the rest of the crew were professional and provided great communication regarding all activities through the process. Really appreciate their hard work.

Our toilet was intermittently running over for about 5 hours overnight. I stepped off the last stair into about 3/8"" water on our downstairs floor. What a way to really wake up for my early morning meeting. Did a quick search on the internet for 24/7 plumbers with a good rating on Google. RotoRooter did not disappoint in an already stressful setting. Their on call lady was really nice and accommodating even at 4:30a in the morning. The inspector/sales guy was there by 6:30a, even though he technically didn't start until 8a. The cleaning crew was their about 9:30-10:00a. Needless to say 5+ hours of water intrusion got into the walls in the kitchen, bath, entry. Their crew was respectful, accommodating and just really great to work with. The lower cabinets and 2 feet of the lower walls needed to be removed and everything needed to be dried out. There were there every step of the way. I big thank you to everyone that helped us in Kaneohe. Now onto the repairs...

I do not recommend them. I contacted them during an emergency was told it would take them about 2-4 hours to get someone in contact with me. Hours went by with me calling and calling to see where someone was and they never came. They contacted me 24 hours later telling me someone had been assigned the job and should be reaching out to me! Unacceptable! I had to contact someone else to help fix the issue.
