I would not even give this company a one star. The only positive thing I can say is that they sent a technician the very next day. He removed the toilet and ran a camera about 100 ft and said I had a collapsed main line at the bottom of my drive way 13 feet down. I asked him how sure he was and he said I'm 100% sure. I also asked him what this kind of repair would run me and he didn't hesitate to say """"oh about $9500"""". We take cash, checks or credit card. He also mentioned they also have financing available. He offered to snake it to """"buy me some time"""" and maybe consider selling the house. I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I said no thank you. I didn't even let him put the toilet back on. At this point, I did not trust his diagnosis so I called in for a second opinion with another company. In a nut shell, it was a simple clogged main. They ran the snake and camera and found no collapsed pipe. By the way, the new technician encouraged us to watch the screen while he was running the camera to put our worries to rest. I will never ever use Rotor Rooter again!

wayne was over within 2 hours of my initial call. on a friday late afternoon! other places wouldn't even call back until monday. the fix was more money than what I wanted to spend but after talking with others, the final price was right on with other estimates. before I agreed to any work, wayne troubleshooted with me for a few minutes to see if maybe I could wait on the fix. I don't think a lot of plumbers would do that. it became apparent that there was no easy fix. he knocked a bit off the original quote, I agreed, and he was able to do the job right then. called in at 4:30pm, the job was done by 8pm. 24hrs later and so far, so good! will use again.

Not so impressed. I just wanted an estimate, which is advertised for free on their website. I called the lady was nice and friendly. They called when they were coming. The technician came to my door when I opened it I said hello and he just stood there. I invited him in and showed him the issues I was having. I explained everything, and he just looked at me blankly. When he chose his words they were simply what do you think I can do about that. I said I wasn't sure I understood the question seeing as I had just explained it. He just simply looked at me again, and said checking anything will cost you money. I said how much he said I don't know until I look. I explained that I just wanted the advertised free estimate. He said I don't know what you are talking about we don't do that. I didn't appreciate his attitude, nor did I appreciate the inaccuracy of the website stating free estimate.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Todd Jones with Roto-Rooter. When the crap hits the fan, he's just the guy to make a crappy day a little bit better. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter because of this awesome guy.

We looked up by the front door - and on the ceiling we saw discoloring...and then about an hour later, the ceiling started to leak. Stefan came out (earlier than we expected) and was amazing. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly and a great job well done! We will for sure use roto-rooter again, and we will always call on Stefan!!!

The dispatch team could definitely be more organized.. I had to tell 3 different people the same info for the time frame I had available. But I am totally satisfied with the service Ivo provided. He was courteous and professional and did not try to jerk me around with my issue just to get more money. He even left me a little tool that he said would be helpful if I ever had the issue again! Great service!

roto rooter has been to my home three times in the last three weeks... all in connection with a master bath remodel. the toliet backed up twice. ivo came to use his snake to clear the drain on two occasions but the was no definite resolution. todd subsequently arrived with his see snake camera to determine the problem. he suggest using a machine that would smooth the interior of the cast iron drain pipes and said he would call me later with a price. he did not.all told i have paid over 600 dollars and accomplished nothing with root rooter.

We had a great experience with roto rooter. Our technician was knowledgable, very nice and made sure our problem was completely fixed before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and we will not hesitate to call them in the future for any of our needs!
