Wow, had an issue that could only be caused by little kids! Our tech Maschach showed up and quickly and timely. He immediately laid out what the plan was and the project costs after inspecting. While he did the work he was courteous to keep noise down with a newborn in the house. He constantly kept cleaning up after himself to contain any messes or smells. He treated our house like his house. A very pleasant experience that resulted in fixing the issues. He also helped educate our kids on what no to do with wipes!!! A top notch technician and we highly recommend Maschach and this branch. We have experiences in different states and this has been the best so far!

Great response to our need to have a kitchen sink unclogged. We had dealt with Service America, with whom we have a contract, for five days, then called Roto-Rooter who came the next day. They are easy to reach by phone and Dillon #1309 was friendly and helpful. I didn't give them 5 stars because they didn't come during the time window we were given, however, they did let us know they were running late. Once they came, the service was excellent.

Excellent excellent company! We had a plumbing emergency at 11:00 pm on Thursday, July 6, 2017, called Roto Rooter & the very nice young lady who answered listened and said she'd have someone out within 45 minutes. The nicest gentleman, Robert, Service Technician #3175, came within half an hour. Our drains for the whole house were clogged, he took care of it quickly, was very professional and kind to me, my husband and son. I highly recommend Roto Rooter, the price was very reasonable considering it was midnight. Thank you so much Robert, for your help! I had surgery 3 weeks ago and was in no shape to leave and go stay somewhere else in the middle of the night. Thank you, thank you, thank you Robert and Roto Rooter! Don't hesitate to call them, they are a great company!

Oh nooooo my bathtub is not draining! Oh Oh, welcome to homeownership Monica! Yup reality sinks in when you buy your first home and a month later you start having plumbing issues. Don't panic!!! I was hoping it was not going to be a big job because this happened Saturday morning and I had visitors coming in for the weekend that same afternoon! Not knowing any plumber in my area I decided to go with the well known company Roto-Rooter. I remember knowing about them because I watched an episode of Undercover Boss not too long ago. I remember Roto-Rooter being a family company that cares after watching the show.... and so I made the call. From the first call, I was treated professionally and courteous. They reassured me someone would be at my property that same day between the hours of 8am and noon. Geez what a gap but they reassured someone would be there. The only thing I did not like was that they weren't able to give me a quote over the phone, not even a range of the approximate cost. I think they should be able to tell you """"ok it's going to range from $100-$300"""" as an example. At least to have an idea. Anyways, Alisa (the plumber) showed up around 9ish. She was really nice, knowledgeable and professional about her job. She was in and out of my house in 30 minutes. She knew exactly what she was doing. She even gave me some tips on keeping my plumbing up to date. The problem ended up being a clogged drain... simple. Roto-Rooter is a little pricey (the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars). The simple clogged shower drain ended up costing $300. I guess you're paying for the known brand name and the speedy professional service. I could've got the service cheaper with a local plumber but the service with Roto was worth it.

We had a leak in a master bathroom, set up service call online and had someone out to our home a hour later to diagnose the situation and provide steps to fix the problem. Knowledgeable and professional workers. They arrived to our home when they said they would. We would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Plumbing problems are difficult. Roto-Rooter makes it as easy as possible to solve plumbing problems. I called Roto-Rooter this morning with a semi-emergency (having a second working toilet downstream of a sudden sewer line clog is what kept it from being a true emergency). Archie, the plumber assigned to my problem, showed within a couple of hours. While Archie was working to clear the line blockage, an operation which necessitated dismounting the toilet, two other Roto-Rooter reps stopped by. They performed a camera line inspection of my 40+ year old home's main drain line and wrote a proposal to restore it to """"like new"""" condition via a service called jetting. The accumulation of compacted muck in the line indicates that such a clean out is overdue. I expect to have this work done next month to forestall any further clogging problems. The work Roto-Rooter performed today was done quickly and professionally. Archie did a fine cleaning up after himself as well. And, the cost was relatively inexpensive. I have had three other large local plumbing companies do work at my home in the 17 years I've owned it. Of the four, Roto-Rooter was by far the least expensive even though the other jobs were less labor intensive. Could not be happier.
