Leaky toilet...OH NO! Who am I gonna call? ROTO ROOTER! After checking out their website, I called to schedule an appointment for a tech to check out the problem with the toilet. The representative was cordial as he took my information. He also told me that the tech would be by between 5:30pm - 9:30pm. I received the courtesy call a few minutes after seven informing me that the tech would arrive within the hour. The tech came in a timely fashion. He was nice and professional. As I directed him to the bathroom, I explained the issue I was having with the toilet. After examining the problem, the tech told me the fill valve needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate of how much it was going to cost me, and feeling the price was fair, agreed to have the work done right away. As soon as I signed the paperwork, the tech went to his service van to retrieve the part. The tech worked efficiently. He had the fill valve replaced and functioning properly in less than 15 minutes. I am totally grateful and satisfied with the tech's service. If I ever have any other plumbing trouble, I wouldn't hesitate to give Roto Rooter a call.

It was 2pm, I called in to the office and I was in a true bind and desperately needing someone to come out. They first said, someone will be there before 4pm but then she followed it by saying, we actually have someone headed there right now. WOW! I was like, are you serious?!? AMAZING! Greig arrived in approximately 45 minutes and tackled my clogged main line in 35 minutes. The house was getting rented out at 5pm and the toilets were not flushing correctly. I thought I was going to die. I was really desperate and Roto Rooter saved the day. Thank you all(Gail and Greig, sorry those are the only names I remember.)!!!!

Great service! The rep came to the house before scheduled time and fixed the issue in less than an hour for only $260 (with coupon). They also don't pay by the hour, its by service required. I recommend :)

My flange was broken in our guest bathroom, toilet was completely out of service since """"who wants to sit on a wobbly toilet right?"""" Arrival time was sooner than expected and our service person was wonderful! If I may say names and can recommend him his name is Audley. He really helped me out! Service was quick and pricing was unbeatable! They really help you get the service you need at a price you can afford! I can finally have my guest use the guest bathroom and not have to use mine! Thank you guys for an outstanding job!

I needed immediate service and have to admit they gave me a window for a couple hours later and they were there . I had a leak under the toilet and was given a price to check and fix it for $345 . The tech was very competent and thorough . Since he had the toilet off I decided to just get a new one and have him put it back on instead of the old one. There was an extra charge for this of $100 + which I thought was sort of high. I would have given 4 or 5 stars for the tech and his work but brought it down to three since I thought the overall cost was a little pricey

We had a blockage occur on a Saturday afternoon, late. We had company and no way to use one toilet and afraid to use the other. Dinnertime and afraid to us the sink as the back-up was causing sewage to rise in the shower and bathroom. We waited for about 3 hours from the original call, but the technician was professional and a gentleman. He worked very hard for the entire 3.5 hours that he was here. My only disappointment was that the price changed in the middle of the work because he ended up having to go through two main lines to find the problem. The rise in price, however, was no more than any other plumber would have charged and the change of direction for the fix would have also been required by any other plumber. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Worst liars cheaters and thieves!!!! Do not call these people. If they were the last plumber in the world after a nuclear holocaust, I repeat do not call these people!!!! It took three days to replace a standard condominium water heater after sitting at home for 2 1/2 days with promises and promises and promises. I received nothing but lies from cheaters and from thieves. They advertise emergency service they are full of crap. They do nothing but put you off and put you off and put you off. Nobody in this organization knows what the hell the other one is doing. It took three days to get this water heater replaced for my 87-year-old mother who has 24 hour care at home. Do you think they care that this lady did not have any hot water. Nobody cared nobody followed through nothing. These are not human beings these are the dregs of the earth

Roto Rooter scheduled our service in the late evening which was the only time we were available. The plumber they sent, Dwayne, arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our issues quickly, even making a run to the local hardware store to find a piece needed for one of the repairs. Overall, very responsive service.
