The service was great definitely would give 10 stars and would recommend to anyone else and Scott was very helpful and informative:)

I can't say enough positives about this company and Demetrios the service tech. They arrived within an hour, and not only cleaned the lines but found the source of the problem! Very polite, professional and friendly. You are wasting money if you use anyone else!

I had a backed up toilet/tub. I called them out on a Tuesday they snaked the drain and gave me a HUGH bill of over $600... On Saturday of the same WEEK same PROBLEM someone came out and camera-ed my line and told me it would 3200 to fix the problem (all they did was move my clean out and flush the line) .... I paid for the service.. Guess what that didn't fit my problem I had a DIFFERENT company come and point out the problem and SHOWED me the problem is less then 30 min i have a broken pipe... The other company said they could replace MY ENTIRE water line for $3000.

Alisa came and showed her 16 years of experience by fixing my issues and working through the unexpected obstacles that came up. It was the first time I had to call a professional company and if I need to call again, I will be calling Roto-Rooter for sure.

Joe was my plumber. He not only fixed the plumbing problem but double checked that the job was done right. He ended up finding a small leak that was uninvolved with the first issue and ending up replacing another valve to make sure I would have no problems in the future. He was here for hours, and cleaned up the mess that was made when my toilet overflowed and when he repaired it. It is so refreshing to have great customer service and someone that cares and takes their time to do a job well.

I had Roto Rooter come out on Friday 8/10 because when the showers were used upstairs the kitchen sink filled up. My handyman could not break the clog up and my regular plumber was not available. Roto Rooter said they could fix it and they guaranteed the work for 6 months. They spent about 30 minutes and they said they had to snake about 55 feet out but we were good to go. I had to ask them to clean up the side of the house where they had accessed the main drain off the kitchen. We were not good to go because the next morning it was backed up again. When my housekeepers were preparing the house for new tenants and were washing the tubs . . . just one week later . . . you guessed it . . . The kitchen sink backed up. I called Roto Rooter at 10 pm after being on a plane for 7 hours and was told that they would not be able to address this problem for 12 hours. This coming from a company who has the slogan 24/7 service. This is a big problem given that I have tenants who are coming in the morning. I spoke to a supervisor who said they would be at the property before 1 am -- at 1:15 I call and I am informed I have been rescheduled for the next day. I was told that someone called me but I did not answer. I have waiting for the phone call -- of course I am going to answer. This is very bad service -- Still have the problem -- they don't stand behind their work -- and they don't show up. There are two sides to my review: (1) My experience with the actual plumber sent to deal with my problem was positive. He was very professional and I was very much satisfied with his service. (2) My experience with the second person sent with a camera to inspect my line was not good. The guy caused a flood in my bathroom, he recommended repairs for non-existing damages, he wasn't able to properly locate the line, and the cherry on top of this messy pie is the absurd estimate for repairs: $3,400 for what turned out to be a simple problem resolved with a new $4.00 cleanup plug!! Then there was the """"proposal"""" for the """"repairs"""" which -suffices to say- I didn't feel comfortable signing after a cursory reading of it. So that was my experience with this company. I would certainly call them to get me out of a bind but I would not likely use them for repairs without getting additional quotes and reviewing before signing any document.

I was so happy to be able to go online on a Friday night and to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Our tech was on time, pleasant and efficient. He came in , reviewed our situation and answered all our questions. The work was completed in a timely manner with no muss and no fuss.

If I could give this company negative stars I would! After reading decent reviews, we decided to call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing emergency. We were asked how quickly we needed someone out after repeatedly telling the customer service rep that this was an emergency (this should've been my first clue of what was to come), so naturally we said asap (duh, 9pm on a Sunday night!) he said we can get someone out there in 2 hours. Awesome. 2 hours came and went and they called us saying their technicians needed another hour as they were held up with another job....this excuse was given a few more times (apparently this is what they're been trained to say - to give you hope and keep you in line). After 8 hours we called again and were told a new set of technicians were starting the day at 8 am and we would be taken care of, however, they could not guarantee a time frame for us. We were appalled and finally wised up and called A to Z plumbing and were taken care of immediately and without lies. Our only regret is that we didn't call them first. We will NEVER call Roto-Rooter ever again. Our experience was simply horrible. These reviews on here are misleading to say the least. Beware!

Had them out to replace 2 elements in a water heater. I would have done it myself, but the bolts we're screwed and fused so hard into the system that I couldn't do it. I figured these guys would have better tools to tackle the job. Even though I had all the parts to replace, and all I needed was basically unscrewing of two heat elements... they quoted me about $400 to repair. My jaw dropped. I kindly told the tech no thanks. It was obvious he saw an opportunity to price gouge a family with no hot water... thankfully I called someone else. Never again.
