Keli, our RR man, came by and hooked us up. He spent more than two hours at our house, fixing a mainline clog. Very happy with our service!

Set up appt. for Saturday afternoon visit and was given a 4hr window between 12:15 - 4:15pm, it's now 5:30 p.m. How can you not be here on time when given a 4 HR window? My Saturday afternoon has been shot waiting around for these no-show clowns. Roto-Rooter don't specify a time window that you can't commit to. Will never deal with Roto-Pooter again! Flush You! Update: Recieved a call after waiting around for 6 hrs stating it is going to be another couple hours. They refused to give me an estimate over the phone for a leaking single kitchen faucet that I know just needs rubber seals replaced, instead they expected me to wait around for another 2 hours (so they claim) for likely a price gouge / upsell estimate based off all the other negative reviews surrounding their outlandish pricing. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns at all costs.

Roto-Rooter responded right away to our drain issues. I booked the appointment request late night and they were here by 9:30 the next morning. Keli was very nice and cleared the line for me and gave me helpful advice to try to prevent the problems in the future.

Came out within 1.5 hours of calling them on a Sunday morning. Switchboard was very good about calling me ahead of arrival and keeping me posted of the technicians status. Petrit came out and did a fantastic job. Very pleased.

We called Roto-Rooter last night after getting no where with our home Warranty. Robert came to our house, he was truly a LIFE SAVER. He removed our toilet and snaked our drain all the way outside and replaced the broken ring under the toilet which was causing part of the leak. We ran out to Lowes and bought a brand new toilet and he installed that too. Thank you Robert for all your hard work!!! Now to submit the approved claim to our home warranty to get our money back.

I paid a premium price on one of the worst possible days and times throughout the year! My wife and I live in Riverview, FL and we're having about 13 family members arriving at about 11:30am on Christmas for the day and dinner. We encountered a complete drain blockage and minor flood in the main floor bathroom and adjacent shower along with the clothes washer across the hall around 9pm on Christmas Eve. Roto-Rooter was the only 24/hr emergency plumbing company to even respond and promise to send help! The help arrived at 8am and took several hard worked """"very messy"""" hours of work which complicated itself by having to remove the toilette(no outside visible drain plug). It cost me more than I originally expected but was done professionally and on a Holiday !! $560 total, and it saved my Christmas with the family!! Well done Roto Rooter& PIETRIE !!!

Very expensive. 400.00 (with coupon!) to have drain cleaned. Hopefully issue is resolved.

Robert Welch was my service technician from Roto Rooter. He came out about an hour after our call which was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. Sincerely appreciate Robert and his professionalism and his expertise.

I am disappointed with the service we received while having plumbing work done at our son's house. I hope the service we received is not indicative of the service you provide to all your customers. His home developed serious plumbing issues on Tuesday, July 28. We wanted a company with a good reputation that we could depend on to do the job right so we contacted Roto-Rooter. How disappointed we are in the service we received leaving my son without plumbing in his house for 11 days. On Tuesday, July 28, a Roto-Rooter technician came to try to clear what we thought was a clog. The technician worked very hard for several hours before coming to the conclusion the pipe was orangeberg and had collapsed. On Wednesday, July 29, a representative from Roto-Rooter came to give us a price of $6800 to replace the pipe from the house to the main city line. He told us he would have a crew come out and dig the pipe immediately and that it would be a 2 day job. The crew consisted of one man for the first two days when finally it was obvious that one man could not do this job alone then a second man showed up to assist. What happened to the crew? One man does not make a crew. The workers worked very hard to dig and dry out the hole but they were fighting an endless battle because of the rain. The pumps they used in the beginning couldn't have drained water from a goldfish bowl. I would have expected a company like Roto-Rooter to have better equipment. We even had to put our own pump in the hole to drain off water. I realize that the extreme weather conditions played a role in the problems that plagued this job but this is what your company does and should have been better prepared with the proper equipment in the beginning especially when charging $6800. Several times both the workers and us asked the supervisor to bring in well point equipment to help with the job but each time he refused saying it was not necessary. After 8 days with very little progress (still NO WORKING PLUMBING) and our frustration reached its peak and the threat to cancel the job, the supervisor agreed to bring in well point equipment and a bigger pump but it would cost an additional $1400. When the equipment was finally brought in, the two workers did not know how to set up or use the equipment so another day of work was lost while the supervisor showed them how to set up the well point equipment. As our frustration grew, at no time did a supervisor from your company ever communicate directly with us about the progress of this job other than to tell us the job would cost more money. All communication was with the technicians digging the hole. I expected better communication from the people in charge in a company such as yours. After 11 days of NO WORKING PLUMBING IN THE HOUSE- no toilets, no showers, no laundry and unable to wash dishes - finally the job was completed on Friday, August 6 at 9:00 in the evening. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences of any company we have dealt with. I hope my complaints do not fall on deaf ears. If your company wants to keep up its reputation, you need to do a lot better than this in the future. It is very unlikely that any of our neighbors will ever use Roto-Rooter as they watched the poor service we received.
