Josh was great! Straight to point. We thought it was a heater problem but end up it wasn't. He gave us options of what could be done. Atleast we found our go to plumbing specialist. Setting appointment was a breeze.

Definitely disappointed. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they dropped the ball. Called Red Cap and they were able to get the job done. Roto-Rooter is not reliable. Would not recommend, especially if you're getting you're kitchen done.

Scheduled service for a leaking water heater online and had a confirmed appt. between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on 8/31/21. I waited and got a call 5 minutes before 6 and the woman stated they are running behind and they would get to me as soon as possible. I gave them until 8: 30 p.m. and still a no show and no call. I then called and cancelled and stated I would find a more reliable company. Very poor service for a 1st-time customer. Do not recommend them.

Initial customer service was good, had to call them back because job was not completed properly. First tech did not complete his QC and pipe had a leak. I specifically ask for a new tech to come out because of the poor job of first tech. The reason I have it 4 stars instead of 3 was because of the second tech ( Ransford) - he was great! Also, they stood by their word and did not charge for a repeat visit to complete job.

Zero stars. Just kept making us pay for more without solving the clog problem. All speculations but not able to determine the problem whether they snake it, scope it, even to the point of picoting which is an expensive cleaner which didn't solve the problem. Now they want to repipe!Tsk...tsk... bad business. Be warned.

Called them first thing this morning to repair a broken water heater. They gave me a window of 8:30am to 12:30pm. They never showed up at all. This company obviously doesn't care about its customers. You cant even speak to anyone because calls go to a call service center and they just string you along all day. Find another company for your plumbing needs. Zero stars!!

Needed my master bedroom toilet & sink along with my kitchen faucet looked at due to plumbing issues. Within 2 hours their Service Technician, ROLAND, was here and tackled all 3 issues. This is the 2nd time I have used this location Roto-Rooter (Tampa, FL) for the same house (I have other houses in different states) and so far they have taken good care of me. Jason Zach with Roto-Rooter responded to my call within less than one hour. I had a clog that was interconnected disabling use of kitchen sink, dishwasher, and bathroom shower. Jason was extremely polite, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable on top of being timely. After clearing the hair clog from the shower drain, we kept both the kitchen sink and dishwasher running with the shower for some time to ensure all 3 areas could function simultaneously without the back up resuming. Jason also had me drain the dishwasher before he left to check again. The back up in the shower had created a disgusting mess in my white walk in shower. Jason cleaned the entire shower floor on his hands and knees until it was spotless. Jason also worked with a tarp down to protect my white tile floors and left the house clean and tidy as if there was never an issue. Having the $60 coupon was an added relief to a job which you hate spending your hard earned money on, when you would rather spend your money on summer vacation, not a giant hairball. If you want a fast response, a wonderful customer service experience, a fair price, and a job with great reliable results, definitely request Jason Zach at Roto-Rooter in the Tampa Bay Area. It is hard to put your trust in a stranger when you are a home owner. Left a message at 930am because the landscapers broke the main water line and it was kind of an emergency and someone called back at 245pm. Might be an office issue but I would have expected to be called quicker. By the time I called someone out and had it fixed they replied 3 hours after it was fixed.

Was pleased that the technician, Miguel R., arrived when promised by dispatch as it was a Sunday evening and I had overnight guests. No time is a good time for a clog, but this was especially inconvenient. Miguel was friendly, efficient and definitely knew what he was doing. Happy with the service!
