Had a pin hole leak in a pipe between my spare bedroom and garage and gave a call to Roto-Rooter just a couple of days after Irma came through. The speed in which they came out and had everything fixed and dried was remarkable. Gave a call to them around 11:30am and in less than an hour Dawn called back said she was on her way to assess the damage and said the plumber who is fixing the leak should be contacting me soon. Just 10 minutes after i got off the phone with her Drini, the plumber, called and said he was on his way. Both practically came at the same time and worked well together to assess and then fix my leak. Dawn was particularly helpful by filing my homeowners claim and setting up the drying team to come over and start the clean up process. They got there around 4pm and started the cleanup. By 7:30 fans were going, wet insulation was discarded and the drying process was well under its way. I could not be more pleased with the speed and helpfulness of Roto-Rooter and its team.

Main sewer line backed up - flowed into shower stall - Yuck! Called at 11, was told tech would be there at 3:30. The office called 1/2 hour later & said he was on the way - Yeah! Thankfully, Drini arrived at 12, installed a clean-out valve & cleaned the line. Drini is awesome - Thanks so much!

Excellent service, quick response and very professional technicians! I have an older home with original pipes. They were full of scale and we had lots of drainage problems. RotoRooter worked on them with care and persistence and was able to clear them out with no damage to the system. Ted, the technician who did the special de-scaling work, was especially nice to work with, kept us informed every step of the way and even left his direct contact info for any future problems. My shower started draining slow, I called him yesterday evening and he was here first thing this morning and sorted it out straight away. They honor their guarantee and truly take responsibility for their work. I am so glad I called them in the first place and feel like we are partners in keeping our system operating well. Plumbing issues on a Sunday are the worst! Had a clog in our main line which was causing water to seep from the base of all the toilets. Called thinking we'd see someone Monday and instead the customer service rep, JP or JD ensured we had a tech to our home within a couple of hours. Because of the age of the home, the only manner in which to clear was to remove a toilet, clear the clog and replace the toilet. All fees were basically labor and a new wax ring for the toilet. Appreciate this company's timeliness and efficiency.

Unfortunately I had to call a plumber because I had a backed-up drain that was a nightmare! I thought I could snake it out myself with a Home Depot tool and diy it, but the job was unsuccessful. I was already at my wits end when I was lucky enough to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing. They came out the next morning I had two gentleman - they were both wonderful! Keli-tech 3055 was one of the gentleman that fixed our drains. These men worked very hard to unclog my drain, as well as showed me how to prevent it from happening again. (Former house owners poured oil down the sinks). We purchased the Preventative Pipe Shield Maintenance Treatment. When you're dealing with something of this magnitude and you're already stressed it really helps having a good team that is able to not only fix your problem but calm you down as well. Very professional, knowledgeable, quick response time and awesome customer service! I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and families. And if I should ever need a plumber in the future, you will be the ones I call! Thank you so very much!

Alex showed up in a timely manner. He appeared very professional and made me feel confident he could fix my hot water heater leak. He asked questions, assessed the issue and spent a fair amount of timing fixing the issues. I believe the price I paid was appropriate for the work completed and time spent. I will call ROTO-ROOTER again and refer them to friends. I found out ROTO-ROOTER did more than clean pipe through a neighbor and I am happy I did.

I was initially very upset with my experience given that the plumber came far past the already long expected window and I wasn't given an apology or called to be kept informed. However, I have since been extremely happy with the response of the management team. They reached out to me right away to get more information about the issue. After investigating they offered a partial refund. This has made me extremely happy as there is nothing better than responsive customer service. I have sincerely appreciated their attention and will definitely be contacting them again for any issues in the future.

Our toilet would no longer flush and had overflowed on a Saturday morning. Scheduled an online appointment with first availability in the afternoon. Nicholas S called at 10am to see if they could come earlier....perfect for a weekend! Ended up not needing to auger and he perfectly cleaned up afterwards. Final charge was much lower than initial estimate. So pleasant to finally not feel like I was screwed and overcharged. Highly recommend the company.
