do not call these thieves. you have been warned. They wanted to charge me full price even though they weren't able to fix the problem. Then suggested another option to unclog drain with a pressure hose and DOUBLED the price to $800!!!! Are you kidding me!!! THIEVES

Roslyn from Roto Rooter came to my house for a faucet issue. It was clear that the faucet was running, and you could hear the water pipes moving the water. I asked him if he could hear them, and he told me """"no, I don't hear anything"""". He looked at my faucet, and gave me a quote. I called another Plumbing company, and without me saying anything, they heard the leak and have me a lower quote. The Roto rooter plumber, Roslyn, was very unapproachable, and did not seem to know what he was doing. Call anyone but roto rooter for your plumbing needs.

Scheduled an appointment online for an appointment the next morning. Our guest bath drain was clogged and we had visitors coming. Roto-rooter was running late, but the office made several calls to keep us informed. Marlon arrived and was able to unclog the drain quickly. He even clean the bath after he removed all his tools... thanks!

Called me at 8am to tell me the plumber would arrive in 20-30 minutes. GREAT! Not so, he doesn't show up till 9:58 (literally I was leaving). Plumber is polite but doesn't really help very much. Wanted to charge $175 to open a hole in the roof to see what was going on with the pipe. Once he understood the issue it would be a separate charge. No thanks! Called a local guy he found out it was a roof leak not a pipe! Plumber didn't charge to cut open the wall only $40 to put it back together. I suggest to price around and if you decide roto-rooter don't believe the 2 hour time frame.

i first called for an estimate to repair my leaky faucet in my bathtub. After the plumber ( Marlon Torres) checked it, he estimated the price and it seemed reasonable so i went ahead and agreed for the repairs to be done. Marlon was very friendly, spoke English very well, gave me a quick explanation of the repairs needed to be done, did the job, cleaned after him and left! i was very impressed for his professionalism.

On Oct 4 started to have water hammering after doing some work to my water heater. I was going to go with a local pluming company but went with Roto Rooter instead hoping that going with a known company around the U.S. I would get better service. Boy was I wrong. I called at 830a and promptly had the service tell me they would sent someone right away. I had Rafael Santana (lead tech) come out. After telling him I had water hammering throughout the house we started in the bathroom in the main room. After 3 1/2 hrs of just disassembling back and fourth the water opening there would be debris in the cartridge but the hammering was still here. He wasn't sure if by replacing the cartridge the hammering would go away. I told him let change it to see if resolves the issue. At this time, 3 1/2 hrs later I told him I had to go pick up my son from school which after this time of just disassembling the cartridge x amount of time was just wasting time nothing was getting fixed. No other water faucet or tub was looked at when the hammering was throughout the house like I mentioned to him. He said he would look for the part. On Oct 8 I reached out to him to see if he found the item, said he hasn't found it. The house if only 6 years old. There isn't one store locally that he can find the item. He told me he would search on the internet. 2 weeks later I reached out to him again and said he couldn't find it. By the reaction he didn't remember me and I am sure he forgot to be looking for the part. I told him that I was still having the water hammering in the whole house and that he didn't even check the other faucets or tubs that see what was going with those. He said """" He didn't want to go to the other rooms because the first location he hasn't been able to fix, he hasn't found the part yet"""" correct NOTHING has gotten fixed NOTHING else was looked at. So I got charged $218 to have him disassemble 1 tub faucet and not check nothing else in the house. Rafael had good manners but I didn't pay $218 for that, I PAID to get the water hammering fixed. So if you want to flush money down the drain this is your company. This is common for Roto Rooter, if you check their other reviews on social media. Charge for trying to diagnosing but even he didn't know if that would fix it. I could have found that from anyone that say they are plumbers. First and last time I will use this company, I knew I should have got with my got feeling with a mom and pop company. Bye $218 down the drain literally. ** stay away from this company**
