Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

For over a decade we used Falcon Plumbing for all of our home needs, but their pricing just kept increasing, and the owners moved to the west coast of Florida and tried to run their biz from there. About 2 years ago, we decided to try our local Roto Rooter service and were very pleased. (We don't know if they were on the first visit though). The service person found our plumbing problem to be so minor as to not be worth charging us at all. Okay. We tried them the next time and their service person was knowledgeable, polite, clean and communicated very well with us. We had them back now two more times for one minor and one more significant repair. Totally pleased. We unqualifiedly recommend this local service.

Best experience I have had with plumbers in a few years. He was effective, efficient, diligent, and friendly. The drain needed to be working. My Thanksgiving situation would of been a mess but thanks to his work .. the holiday went well. When you call them ..you are assured of quality work.

Was visiting family in Miami last week and late at night none of the toilets/showers were draining and we had some overflow in their home. We had a lot of visitors from out of town and needed to get this fixed. We had to wait a bit, maybe 2 hours which wasn't great but Ronny Rivera (#2437) came and thankfully didn't wake up the 4 children! He quoted a fair price, even disappointed that the older home didn't have the drain set up to result in a cheaper repair. Within an hour or so, he had cleared the drain and stayed a bit to make sure everything was working properly, working up a mean sweat along the way. We would have had to go to a hotel if we couldn't fix this and were thrilled to not have to leave this house. This is a very real, non-compensated review and we were all very happy with Ronny's service, attitude and professionalism. Thank you

Made appointment told 9-1pm next day. No show , they called at 2pm to say someone would be by later, no show and no call. They called next day said someone would be by, no show no call. Called today at 5:30pm to reschedule but were very confused as to my request cancelled them, will find someone who actually wants my money. RR thanks for the reply, but I've already wasted enough time dealing with your company. I found someone else to correct my issue

Great professional work. The plumber was educated in what he was doing. He was very polite and did awesome work. He resolved the problem in less than two hours. The company itself was great as well. The appointment was done and 45 minutes later they were at my house. I will totally recommend and use them again.

The came on time and as scheduled and got the giant leggos out of the toilet my son put in there. William went over and above to make sure our toilet was perfect. Re-grouted the toilet and it was done so well!

Originally set for 6pm on a sunday, but the service actually began at 815pm. other than that the man who helped me was great and very knowledgable.

I needed an emergency service on Sunday and Luis Rincon #2434 came to help me. He was polite, attentive and executed the service in a professional, clean and effective way. I wil not give 5 stars, even though service deserves it, because they had told me they would come between 8-12PM and only came around 3PM.
