I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Techs #2437 Ronny Rivera and #2472 Elio Pena quickly found and fixed the problem. Both techs were very courteous and professional. They made sure that they cleaned up after the work was completed. Our sewer line was backed up and we had no choice but to do the high pressure water jetting. With 2 starting college next month, having to pay $1200 to fix the problem was not an easy decision but a necessary one. Thank you Roto-Rooter for the fast response and taking care of the problem.

Scheduled an appointment online for an appointment the next morning. Our guest bath drain was clogged and we had visitors coming. Roto-rooter was running late, but the office made several calls to keep us informed. Marlon arrived and was able to unclog the drain quickly. He even clean the bath after he removed all his tools... thanks!

I am furious with the """"service"""" I received. First, the driver drove completely through my yard, tearing up the grass in several places. He also drove over several sprinklers, damaging them. Once inside my house, the technician was very unprofessional. He told me a """"machine"""" was needed to unclog my kitchen sink. After carrying equipment in and out of my house several times, while leaving my front door open, he unhooked the clogged pipe, allowing the contents to spill all over the inside of the cabniet and on a rug I had infront of my sink. The smell was absolutely terrible. All that was done to unclog the pupe was allowing the contents to spull everywhere and shoving a wet/dry vac inside the pipe. So special machinary was used at any time. Again the technician walked in and out of my house a few times beford he rehooked the pipe and said he was done. He then proceeded to start placing items back under the sink, which was still covered in liquid from the inside of the pipe. I had to ask him to stop. This """"service"""" cost me $320. Once the man left, I had to clean up the enitre mess. No apology. I called customer service immediately who told me a manager woyld cal be back within 2 hours... that was 2 days ago. I will never use their service again!!!!!! 0 stars!

Borderline fraud. My wife and I hired Roto Rooter to investigate and repair two water spots in our first floor ceiling (which I strongly suspected of being plumbing related). After arriving four hours late, the technician (I'm using that term generously) charged us $200 to smash a (tiny) hole in our ceiling to investigate one of the two water spots. He then informed us that he couldn't do anything because he believed the leak was A/C related. Hired a local handyman service to do the same. He found that the second leak (which Roto Rooter did not endeavor to investigate) was indeed plumbing related, and repaired both leaks for $174, including the related demolition. tl;dr: Roto Rooter charged us $200 to tell us they couldn't fix anything. I would only recommend this service if (literally) burning your money has lost all its thrill for you.

do not call these thieves. you have been warned. They wanted to charge me full price even though they weren't able to fix the problem. Then suggested another option to unclog drain with a pressure hose and DOUBLED the price to $800!!!! Are you kidding me!!! THIEVES
