I desperately called RR on Saturday night because I had a birthday party going on when water started to come out of the kitchen cabinets baseboards! The person who answered was very nice and he had Carlos from the Water Mitigation Dept come out. He assessed the situation quickly and he told me he would get a plumber to my house 1st thing in the morning (Sunday). That's when Hugo Delgado arrived promptly at 9:00 am. He was a true professional, so rare these days! I felt very at ease and didn't feel as I was getting ripped off. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He came back after the demo was completed and reviewed was needed to be done the following day. He & his partner arrived on time Monday morning & completed the job on time & within the quote he provided. Can't say enough on how professional Hugo Delgado is...he's an asset to Roto-Rooter!

NO SHOW. contracted them, got approval from our building and spoke to their dispatcher. Then they never showed up or answered any calls or emails. Please save your time and money.

If I could leave a negative number, I would. This business isn't worth a 1 star. Completely predatory and should have their license pulled. Called them for a 10 minute job (literally the plumber that I ended up hiring was done in 6 min) Was quoted $750 to replace a septic clean out cap. $30 in materials max, the rest was """"labor"""" & his long winded explanation into why he was quoting so high! My next call will be to the BBB. Honestly, stay away from these crooks!!!

***Read Here before moving forward with another Plumbing Service*** Background: My story is simple. I moved into my new home with my wife (who is expecting), and after 2 weeks in the new house I found my first floor (in my two two story townhouse) flooded. WHAT A HOUSE WARMING PARTY Facts: - I went with a local, unknown, plumber who after two separate attempts was not able to fix the problem (3 days lost). - I called Roto Rooter (RR) at 11PM, and within 1.5 hours I had a technician at my door. - RR determined that issue was a pipe breakage. - The next morning the RR excavation crew came, fixed the issue and found that AT&T was the culprit. When AT&T ran their lines,they damaged my plumbing. I'm now working to get reimbursed from AT&T. How this could help you save time & money: - If you are looking for a plumber, who is reasonably priced, knows what they are doing and has state of the art equipment (believe me this makes a difference)... Go with a brand that is well known. Roto Rooter is a great option. Don't go with a mom / pop or no name brand (NOT WORTH the HEADache!) - I'm sure there are other good technicians, but these two provided professional service and guided me through the process step by step. If you are in the Doral / Miami area make sure to ask for one of these guys (Ronny Rivera - Tech#2437 or Rudy Ravdes - Tech#852) and get your problem solved quickly. Good Luck!

I would give 0 star if I could. Do not use this scam company EVER.I called to get a price quote on unclogging the bathroom toilet and they said they don't provide pricing on the phone . I'm out of town so I asked my house guest to open the door for them to check and give pricing. They took advantage of my guest not speaking English, they didn't provide any written price quote for her nor asked me for my authorization. They spent only 25 min unclogging the toilet with a plunger and charged $235!

Due to the fact that the landlord wishes to use this company I am forced to deal with the incompetence that Roto-Rooter continues to exhibit. Today 4/28/2016 I was scheduled for a technician to come out between 4 PM - 8 PM to perform an estimate that requires labor in opening the ceiling in order to determine where the leak is coming from. At 7 PM today, I receive a call informing me that Roto-Rooter will need to reschedule for tomorrow at 8 AM - 11 AM because in order to cut open the ceiling and determine what is causing the leak in my apt they will require a ladder, and the technician scheduled does not have a ladder apparently... Why did they schedule a technician to cut open a ceiling that does not have a ladder? This is pure incompetence! In addition they then inform me that out of all their technicians only 1 has a ladder and he only works in the AM... I am now scheduled for my 4th visit from Roto-Rooter to perform an estimate which will more than likely result with a hole in my ceiling and no resolution unless the landlord decides to pay the outrageous charges this company makes... Guess that's what you get with Roto-Incompetence! I personally will never use this company or recommend anyone use this company ever...

Service Technician Renne Montilla was absolutely outstanding. Renne responded to my home to repair a damaged, leaking, and clogged bathroom sink. After calling dispatch (dispatch personnel were also extremely courteous and professional) Renne was at my house within 45 minutes. He was respectful, professional, and resolved the problem in under an hour. There is only one bathroom in the house, this sink has been giving us problems for years and it is a huge relief that it is fixed now. The estimate was free and the pricing was reasonable. When the job was completed I paid exactly what the estimate said. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Renne Montilla to anyone looking for quality service.

The worst company to deal with. Promised service today between 10 to 2 am, never showed up and never got a call letting me know about delays.. Was told it could be few more hours before they show up. I called last week placed an order and when I called back this week to confirm an appointment they could not even find my original service order. After all this I requested a 10 am appointment for tomorrow and despite all of this they still can not accommodate me. So take off from work for another 4 hours, to wait and see if they will bother to show up. Call Joe the Plumber you will have better success.

Elvis was kind and professional and there was no charge to come out late! I called after hours for most places and they wanted nearly 200$ just to show up, not root-rooter! They came out at 8pm with a smile and still had another job after that! Hard working and would highly recommend!
