Nice page, nice ads, but I strongly believe the company lacks of ethics. Back in May I contacted them to inquire about a leak the on the first floor ceiling, they did not find the leak, yet charged me $500 for having a technician coming to my house, left a whole on the ceiling, did not repair the problem. Instead, came out with the water mitigation services claimed I had mold in my property, took 3 days to give me the horrible results, came over,asked me to evict my house for mold treatment, when they were done, sent me clearance letter (which is issued after final testing a are done), and a bill for nearly 6k.... funny thing is that the clearance letter was received within 2 hrs from them telling me that testing would be done... I ve been asking for the results since I got the bill...I had to hire another plumbing company who came to find the leak, make the repairs, and the patching for 750.00 (which quoted by roto rooters for 2,400), and who is now threatening of lien against my property for insolvency. I am willing to pay for what is right and in average from quotes received from several service providers (1500-1750) for mold treatment and A/C cleaning services .(350-500), $2,500.00 Max, once I get the requested proof. If I get another threat I will publish all correspondence between roto-rooter and my self, under the right of one party disclosure, and will file a complaint to the better business bureau.

Called Roto Rooter and was happy that they came out to fix my plumbing over the weekend and get the water turned back on. Unfortunately, it has been a nightmare trying to get a copy of my bill. 3 phone calls followed by promises that it will be sent by email, and then nothing. I know that they have my correct email address on file because they sent follow up emails asking me to rate their service and have subscribed me to their mailing list. I don't mind the extra cost that roto-rooter charged for their prompt weekend service but you should totally skip them if you want a copy of the bill or any support after the repairs have been completed.

I have been using Roto-Rooter for all toilet and plumbing repairs for several years. The technicians are super skilled and friendly and they take care of me, returning if needed for any reason. Today Michael, employee #5021, helped identify the location of a leak in my kitchen and fixed it. I felt very confident that he knew what to do, which was a great comfort. Thank you Roto-Rooter!

I called them because of an issue with my kitchen sink. At first, they seemed very diligent, as they said they needed the landlord to be informed of every step, and to provide approval along the way. A technician came over and told me the faucet needed to be replaced. They first would tell me they would contact the landlord, but never did. I ended up having the landlord reach them and still nothing done, no follow up, nothing. Both the landlord and I had to call several times over the days to finally get them to schedule a visit to fix it. We literally had to continuously be the ones to reach out to them, over a period of two weeks. You will guess, nobody came, I wasted an entire day. When I would call them because nobody would show up at the time they provided, they would always tell me the technician is on their way, or find excuses. This company ended up wasting two weeks of my time during which I could not use my sink. I can't believe companies can get away with this lack of efficiency and reliability and still do business. Unacceptable.

I call at 9am for my water heater problem! They told me that they will send someone in an hour! Story short he got here at 1pm! They guy didn't even take his tools with him to diagnose my water heater! He looked at it and said , that it was to much work for him to fix it , without even diagnosing the water heater! The lazy technician told me that he won't fix it and just walked out of my apartment! Never seen anything like this , but than again is Miami!

Service Technician Renne Montilla was absolutely outstanding. Renne responded to my home to repair a damaged, leaking, and clogged bathroom sink. After calling dispatch (dispatch personnel were also extremely courteous and professional) Renne was at my house within 45 minutes. He was respectful, professional, and resolved the problem in under an hour. There is only one bathroom in the house, this sink has been giving us problems for years and it is a huge relief that it is fixed now. The estimate was free and the pricing was reasonable. When the job was completed I paid exactly what the estimate said. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Renne Montilla to anyone looking for quality service.

Not recommended. I had the plumber come over because the toilet was clogged. The guy was pretty professional. He gave me his cell number in case anything happened in the next few days so that I would call him directly instead of me calling his company. I paid around 500 dollar and he left. The next day i had the same issue and tried calling him to see what to do. After calling and leaving several messages throughout the day i got a hold of him and he was very rude. I basically had to argue with him and, as a result he ended up sending over two guys to check out my problem. The two guys were a joke. One almost fell off my roof because he didn't know how to go back down a ladder. He was putting a camera down a pipe on my roof to see where it was clogged. They told me they had to replace one pipe and it wasn't that much to do. They recommend i fo the job myself. When I asked for an estimate they left and came back with an almost 5 thousand dollar estimate for repairs. Do not use them.

I would give 0 star if I could. Do not use this scam company EVER.I called to get a price quote on unclogging the bathroom toilet and they said they don't provide pricing on the phone . I'm out of town so I asked my house guest to open the door for them to check and give pricing. They took advantage of my guest not speaking English, they didn't provide any written price quote for her nor asked me for my authorization. They spent only 25 min unclogging the toilet with a plunger and charged $235!
