Awful service!!! Very very expensive I needed my kitchen sink tube changed the first time the guy came 45 minutes late he said hell do it for 82 dls, I asked if it could be the next day cause my kids where asleep, he said someone will como from 8 to 11 he came at 12.30 to tell me hell do it for 350!!!! i spoke to the manager i they did not respond for the quote that was given to me a day before.... I end up doing it with someone else for 75!!!

Horrible experience! I called before 8pm and it has been over 12 hours and still no plumber! Of course they send a water mitigator within an hour to run up a bill. Will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Technicians Ronny Rivera (2437) and Aron Zuares (2394) came to our house on February 1, 2016 at 2:30pm and left at 7pm, we are located in Surfside / Miami Beach and our house in a 1949 bungalow needing TLC when working on pipes. They worked effortlessly in searching the troubles at hand, worked them thru, and at the end, what we paid was fair, without a single overcharge for procedures which had to be performed as a trail and error basis. A highly recommended 5 star rating on this group. Thank you!

If I could put a 0 instead for this company I would, they over charge and leave your walls broken and irresponsibles and not nice to treat on the phone, the problem was not solved and they leave me with a big hole on my bathroom. Don't hire this company they would trap you into get the money before anything is done then they would not repairer anything. When you call them they would say it's not they're problem. Of course paid music never sound. Don't hire this company.

Ronny (Tech#2437) was great! all my bathrooms were flooded and it was late night. Ronny showed up quickly and diligently cleared out the problem. He was very efficient and the price was right. will definitely call again.

Was a simple job it taken about 5 minute to do the work. Just to replace the Bathtub Faucet Spout. The price was high and he gave a Discount to make it better. He was very nice helpful. I forgot his name but ID# 852

I called about a clogged drain in my bathroom that affected the sink, shower, and above all, the overflowing toilet. They quoted me two hours for the agent to come out, but only took them an hour. He was done with the job in about 20 minutes and everything clears fine. The only downside is the price, i think they can be a little more reasonable ($312 with a $50 coupon is very extreme for a 20 minute job), i wish i made that kind of money.

I had technician Ronny Rivera (#2437) come over and assist with a clog. He was very efficient and very helpful. The service is indeed very expensive, however, the service great, they are very professional, courteous, honest, and will not charge you for the visit. It is indeed a premium service, but sometimes wen you have a problem at home you want to pay premium to get it fixed right. I truly recommend Roto-Rooter and you should ask for Ronny to be the technician to visit your home.

If I could leave a negative number, I would. This business isn't worth a 1 star. Completely predatory and should have their license pulled. Called them for a 10 minute job (literally the plumber that I ended up hiring was done in 6 min) Was quoted $750 to replace a septic clean out cap. $30 in materials max, the rest was """"labor"""" & his long winded explanation into why he was quoting so high! My next call will be to the BBB. Honestly, stay away from these crooks!!!
