The window they set up for us was 9am-3pm. They didn't end up showing up until after 4pm. Once they did show up they were able to complete the job in a decent amount of time.

We just had Craig unplug a terrible plugged drain and he was pleasant while he did it. They were able to be here on time though they give a 4-hr window and call about 30 minutes ahead, it worked for us.

You get what you pay for!! Have always used Roto-Rooter for plumbing services and have never had any problems. They stand behind their work. Professional, reliable and on time.

Stay away...
I had a plumbing issue and set an appointment up for the following day in the 10am to 2pm range. I cleared my day and heard nothing back. When I called, they were absolutely unhelpful. The best they could do was set up another appointment for the next day. There are much better local options out there.

A week ago, I had a simple service appointment scheduled ( a week in advance). I was given the 12-4 timeframe. From there, I took off work and waited. At 430, they called (30 minutes late)and bumped my appointment to the next day from 8-10. Again, they did not show up for that appointment. I complained and a ""manager"" contacted me the following week. She stated that she would schedule the appointment for the next Friday from 12-4, and she guaranteed they would be there by 2. I waited until 5:15, no one showed up, no one called. Probably the worst management I've encountered in some time. Not much you can do about it either, I plan to call the BBB. There are a lot of plumbing companies in the area, save yourself some time and use another company.

We had a guy come give us an estimate on how much just to snake our main drain line and he wanted to charge me $450. I called my son he went to home depot and rented a snake and it costed him $52 and some change.. most definitely do not recommended this company.

Hands down...best service in the area. If you want a trusted plumber who has the equipment and knowledge these are the people to call. I've had problems with my very old sewer/septic system and I have tried everyone. Small business, big business. No one compares to Roto-Rooter. If you ever have an issue you can always call cooperate. That gives me piece of mind. But I assure you it wont come to that. These guys have been doing the same job for many years and know how to treat a customer and any problem you may have. They are also not pushy to do anything you don't feel comfortable with. Winner in my book!

Called and had someone out to the house with-in 2hrs! Mike was very friendly and let us know what was happening and how he would fix it. He fixed our slow draining tub and got us taken care of in quick order. We would definitely use Mike @ Roto-Rooter again.

Roto-Rooter did a good job of unclogging a kitchen sink drain.
The response time was fast and they did effective work. Only reason I gave them 4 star is
that this procedure was rather expensive...but you get what you pay for. They do give a 6 month warranty on their work
