The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Came out on a Saturday and said they couldn't get the parts until Monday. I called when they opened and they said they would put me in the schedule and call with a time. At lunch time called to see what the status was and informed they can't work on a propane water heater. 3 days no hot water spoke with manager and was told they were experiencing difficulty in finding parts. Called another local company, fixed in less than an hour with no parts replaced. Beware

I had an emergency where a leak from the upstairs bathroom was dripping through the ceiling into the downstairs bathroom, lots of potential for a huge issue in damage. Melvin called me within 5 minutes of the request call, gave me a time line (he was on a job an hour away) came as promised (around 7pm), fixed the issue within an hour and a very reasonable price, and was off on another call back to the same area an hour away. AND because we had just purchased the home, he looked at the water heater and made recommendations on future plumbing needs. All with a smile and reassurance that he was there to do whatever needed. Can't say enough good things about Mel.

Melvin was very timely and professional! Found our clean out to the main line pretty quickly and took care of the problem within the hour, which was nice considering our whole house backed up on a Sunday and it was Father's Day nonetheless...very pleased with our services.

We own a commercial building with two bathrooms. One toilet was clogged and after trying plunging and a bit of snaking we were unable to remedy the problem. I called Roto-Rooter because who else? After calling, Melvin arrived within 20 minutes. After another 25 minutes our problems were solved. Melvin was professional, clean working and efficient.
