We've used Roto Rooter for several years and they are always spot on. We have an old home with root issues so their expertise and equipment does the job perfectly. This time, I booked on line, they called 1/2 prior to their arrival, were on time (wow!) and diagnosed the issue which was was the tissue! Our tech #5065 got it done, with a fantastic and helpful attitude and now everything flows perfect. I would recommend RR. My only note is the rates go up every year so it pinches the wallet, but like your car, plumbing needs to work.

The drains at our home in Belmont backed up on a Sunday evening and we called around to a few plumbers, including the one we used the last time we had this problem, but they were all either unavailable for days, no longer in business or didn't return our call. Finally we called Roto-Rooter and they said they could be out within 3 hours. They called us back twice to keep us informed about the wait time and availability of a technician, which was nice. As it turned out, technician Jeremy arrived right about 3 hours after our initial call. He immediately got to work snaking our main drain pipe and was very professional and polite. He got the job done and cleared our drains. The cost, while not excessive, was somewhat more than we paid the other plumber last year and that was even after using a $50 off coupon we got off their website. But as Roto-Rooter was the only one able to help us on a Sunday night, we were willing to pay a bit more.

After 2 terrible local plumbers who were certifiable idiots, I called the team at Roto-Rooter. Amazing! The plumber who showed up, Steven, was amazingly nice, professional, and kept our house super clean as he troubleshot our issue and fixed it within the hour. The other guys wanted over $800 so they could tear open my walls and dig around for the pipe union. That was after the $60 consultation fee and they tracked dirt and grime into the house and made a mess outside on the cleanout. The work from the Roto-Rooter team was so good, I had to write a review, which I never do.
