We had a great experience. We had broken glass in our disposal that jammed it up. Called these guys and within 1/2 hour, Jay B #409 was at our place. He was courteous, focused, and worked quickly. He was patient too as the kids we running around the kitchen while he was working. He fixed the disposal, no problem, gave us some great tips on how to keep it and the dishwasher drain working well, put stuff back under the sink and was on his way. Hopefully, we won't need to call anytime soon again, but if it happens, we'll definitely call them again.

I called Roto-Rooter for one of 3 different company's quotes. The first had been an est. for $14,000, plus $200 for the service call, the other a $12,000 estimate, to pipe burst a new line under the street to the Main line. Jesus came from Roto-Rooter to give me the last quote of the day. To my surprise he told me an option I had would be to wait and see if the problem cleared up, maybe I could go another year or so before the work needed to be done. And, it did clear up over the next few days!! For a $58 service call!! THANK YOU ROTO ROOTER. I'll call you when the work REALLY needs to be done!!

Showed up very quickly and did a great job. Hard work in a tight space! Told me everything that was happening in a way I could understand. Gave me the price up front, including possible incidentals as they came up.

It was really cool to see the camera work it's way through the line 30 feet all the way to the city easement and know exactly what's going on!

Prompt service on a Sunday. Marcus spent 2.5 hours at my house making sure he had done everything he could for our plumbing issue. He identified the main problem pretty quickly and was very good about talking us through everything as he was doing it. Great service. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need it.
