Called Roto-Rooter they said they would have someone be out between 10-12. Jean arrived really nice guy told me everything he was going to do to fix our toilet problem. He fixed it

We called for help with a major leak between our water main and the city line. The technician that arrived was inexperienced and suggested to our mother who was watching the house for us to leave the water running on a Friday afternoon so that when he and his supervisor returned on Monday there would be enough water standing to to see where it was coming from. Thankfully we returned home Friday evening and shut off the water at the city shut off as it was pouring down the street. We ""camped"" through the weekend, only turning in the water when necessary and when the supervisor arrived Monday morning he found the leak in less than one minute. The service that day was great, but they need to train their technicians. Nothing should be left to run when the problem is unidentified. That error cost us $1,200 on this month's water bill.

Thanks to R-R for cleaning out my septic tank. Access to my home is very difficult and Ron got here on schedule with no problems. He was courteous and got the job done.

I wish that I had read a few more of these reviews before going into contract with Concord Roto Rooter. I will write a complete detailed review once my residence is complete. However, just to warn you all my re-pipe of all waste and water lines estimated to take 7-9 days ....is now going to be 6 weeks and my home is only 800 sq ft. If Roto Rooter can not handle re-pipping of an 800 sq.ft. home they probably can not handle yours either.

Everything backed up. Sink, tub, shower and toilets started to gurgle. I had an idea that it was stopped up in the main line but I didn't have what it takes to unplug the problem. Called Roto-Rooter and received a warm welcome on the phone. The lady said that a repairman could come out between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm and it would cost around $200 dollars. OK, I hope that I'm satisfied and my wife becomes happy. I had to go to work at 1:00 pm and I needed a shower. I was hoping that it wouldn't be the later time. Right on time (11:00 am) Jesus showed up at my front door, good first point. He was polite, direct and knowledgeable of what needed to be done, good second point. Jesus went right to work and even ""snaked"" to main drain all the way to the street, he brought back the snake and found that it was a ""root obstruction"", a job well done by Jesus.
I recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing problems and if you happen to get Jesus, you got a good deal . . .I will tell friends and family about Jesus at Roto-Rooter.

Called Roto-Rooter as a first time home owner, as a recommendation from a coworker. And a guy, Billy Joe, came over to unclog my sewer. He maintained the house and his work space clean, which I appreciated. The job was quick, and I hardly noticed him. I was impressed by his professionalism! The service was pleasant.

Today Billy Joe came out to our house promptly within 30 minutes of us calling to request assistance. He did a great job for us, our toilet line was backed up to the mainline. He was very professional, and solved our problem in just over an hour. Really glad we called and had a quick response, with professional service and felt we had a lot of value for what we spent. Will certainly use Roto Rooter again next time if we have an incident.

PASS ON ROOTER-ROOTER. The City Passed, and so should YOU!

After calling them twice to fix my lateral pipes, I decided to have them video tape the ABS Lateral Lines in my front lawn, so I can provided a copy to my insurance company for review...
Lo taped the lines, except I couldn't see the video (blank, but read the story they gave me)

Of course, when I called to inquire about the blank screened video, at first, he said, ""oh no! It's YOUR computer, it can't read the thumb drive/video"". Then I politely stated, ""this is a brand NEW computer, only 3 mos. old, so it should read it"". Then I called back in hopes of a better representative, and the next RR representative stated, ""we couldn't tape the lines since the pipelines where broken."" I said, ""Sure, no problem, however, why did you charge my credit card if you were unable to take the video?"" He had no reply.

(remind you, they had charged me twice for coming out on two earlier occasions, so now it's time for some customer service, right?)

They didn't call to tell be the lines were broken so they couldn't proceed, they just charged my account. Yes, the do the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, and still charge you. I should have known when the City told me they dropped Roto Rooter as an approved vendor! I SEE WHY NOW! Please save your money.

Had a back up toilet and sewer line at the house, Called Roto Rooter the night before and ask if it would be possible to come out early the next day which the dispatch said no problem she was so nice don't remember her name however very accommodating. Service person ""Jesus"" came out at 8am cleared the line which was perfect still had enough time to get to work, Would highly recommend Jesus very professional and clean. Will defiantly use them again!
