Jude from Roto Rooter came out today and provided quality service and work with experience, awesome! He snaked out my perimeter yard drain that was backing up 5 other drains in the loop and flooding the yard. He still had time in the 1 hour minimum charge and ask if he could clear out some roof drains that were backed up and over flowing. Thank goodness Jude did because he ended up snaking a line which was full of roots and debris and ran 40 feet under the driveway into the street. It has poured all day and tonight, I can sleep peacefully knowing my house and yard won't flood and look like an Island. Both drains in the front of our home are draining well. Thanks again!!!

These guys try and rip you off. We had a backed up shower so the line needed to be snaked. The guy that showed up said they only do things the ""right"" way and that would require digging up our front yard and removing a tree to find the line out to the street and to install a clean-out outside. My husband told him we only wanted the line ""cleared"" from under the house or via the toilet and we would make the corrections to prevent this in the future at a later date. Any normal homeowner may not have known there was a work-around instead of paying BIG BUCKS when it was not necessary. We sent them away. This company only has making money in mind. IF he had just cleared our problem, we may have considered calling them back for the big job later but now they lost a customer. Don't call them. You will regret it.

Over charged $50. I started stopwatch when tech arrived and stopped it after he put equipment away. (Based on suggestions I saw on yelp). He was here 59 minutes 22 seconds. Charged me for 1-1/4 hours and argued about when he arrived (2:45) and then said he thought it was ""3 something"" They are padding every hour for an extra $50. Unethical. Can't leave zero stars so giving one star

We have never been disappointed by the services of this Roto-Rooter branch. We have been using their services for years for both crisis intervention and routine drain clean out maintenance. This time, on December 1st, it was a little of both. We needed our bi-annual drain clean out, but were prompted to call for it because we also plugged up our kitchen drain by putting too much of the wrong stuff down the garbage disposal! Roto-Rooter sent Gabriel - our angel!! He not only took care of both maintenance and crisis, but also fixed two ""running"" toilets. He did all this in a friendly, professional, and competent manner - seriously, he was so nice.

Roto-Rooter charges just shy of $200 an hour now, with a one hour minimum. Gabriel was diligent, quick, but thorough. All four of our issues were handled for just under $400. We are completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of this Roto-Rooter. Their customer service was great and they arrived well within the promised time frame. Gabriel deserves a special thank you.

We had a plugged up drain, called Roto-Rooter. They were here very fast , within 1 hour, and got the drains working quickly. Jeranimo worked quickly, was very polite and professional. It was not as expensive as other companies we have used before. I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter and Jeranimo.

I don't usually give out 5 stars, but I will make an exception on this one. Matt came out on time and gave us GREAT service. Above and beyond the call to duty. Our sewer is so clean now, you could almost eat breakfast on it... well, not quite! I would have given RR 4 stars just on price, which was higher than I expected. But Matt explained that the ""one hour, under $200"" deal was probably on flat, 50-foot terrain, like on your average Concord lot. My situation was to clean out a 200+ foot drain on a steep lot, with severe root intrusion at about 175 feet. That's a tough job! In fact, I called several other plumbers before RR, and they ALL said they didn't snake over 100 feet. Call somebody else... so I did. Thank you Matt and RR. You did a great job, and I would have you back in a New York minute!

HORRIBLE SERVICE... I called at about 530pm because my water heater was leaking and I was told that they would have a person out at my house between 7pm and 9pm. At 9pm I called to see if they were still coming out since I had heard NOTHING. The person who answered the phone (Dawn) cut me off and said that the guy was on his way. At 930pm I called back and Dawn answered again. I told her I wanted to cancel and she told me that the guy was less than a mile away (how convenient). Anyways when I told her that I still wanted to cancel she stated in a very, very snotty attitude that canceling was my prerogative and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten! I will be taking my business elsewhere. With so many people in the plumbing business it is not necessary to put up with bad customer service.

Well, my dog discovered that the plastic pop-up line lid was off, and so she began feasting on the sewer debris backing up from the main line in our front bushes. I made an overnight online appointment with Roto-Rooter, and they had Abraham out here around 9 am snaking and clearing out the clogged sewer line for about 65 feet from house to street. He double-checked that the flow was unimpeded by turning on all of the faucets and toilets in the house, and finally cleared up any debris. It took all of 45 minutes work, and I got a 10% discount, too! Despite using Roebic Root Killer every six months in the line, Abraham said that the roots would still cause a backup every few years. Solid work and advice!! Thanks Roto-Rooter!

I have had previous great experiences with Roto Rooter, but was so disappointed by a recent service call. The technician was clearly inexperienced, and had to call the foreman-insisted my simple snake out job was a two man job. Paid over 300 bucks AND they screwed up my phone line and I have been without internet for 4 days. I called to complain, and the receptionist was dismissive. Will not call them again. Angry.
