Way over-priced. They do not give out estimate over the phone, they only provide estimate when the technician arrives. The technician who came over is nice, but was quoting $650 to replace a thermocouple for the water tank, which was much higher than other repair services. Also, they charge a $150 service fee for coming to give customers an estimate quote, so first off the customer won't be able to know the price until they come, and you gotta pay $150 once they arrive, even if they did not perform any repair.

We had a leak on a hose bib. The leak was on the main water line as well. they responded quickly and sent a technician out. Unfortunately, I as the property owner, wasn't there, and ended up paying a $600 charge to replace a hose bib.
Caution. This company uses a flat rate for this type of work. You may do better in some cases to work with someone that performs at an hourly rate. I complained so much when I got the bill. Their backend team diagnosed the bill and helped me understand it, but as a future customer, I would use them after I got a quote from someone who charges hourly.

R-R technician replaced the toilet 09/07/2022. Given Invoice clearly shown ""Plumbing Replacement"" warranty for 1 year
04/10/223 I called Roto-Rooter because replaced toilet leaked. Technician came and re-install the wax-ring at this toilet, did not admit the warranty (""Plumbing Replacement"") and charged $850 service fee.
In few days I found that toilet has been installed not accurately: it was not properly leveled to the floor and not tight properly with the mounting studs. Actually, it has a play and rocks against the floor.
Very bad quality and service, not recommended.

He tried to charge $510 for a simple snaking job. Boss, This is extortion. No no no hahahah. Finally he threw his rubber gloves on my gate mat. Hahaha

Charged me 905 for a simple snaking of my main line to the street. Had to pay an extra 395 to have a second plumber come out to help him move the snake down 4 steps into my basement. Snaking took maybe 20-30 min. Way overpriced.

Roselyn Vasquez did a superb job today helping me clear a clog in my sink drain. Not only that, but she discovered a leak and replaced a few needed parts for free (using spares she had on hand). She also gave me excellent advice in general, including about what faucet to buy. (She told me the one I had bought was the wrong one and directed me on how to find the right one for a great price. And she loosened my current faucet and screws to make it easier for me to install the new one. She even gave me sandpaper and putty!) She went out of her way to clean up hard water stains and other issues that I didn't even ask for. She was amazing!

Before you go for them, make sure to have ample time. They give a time and they will probably arrive 1 day after the given time. The staff are rude. They do not care about the customers or issues.

USE ANYONE ELSE - BUT DONT CALL THIS COMPANY.... I would not even give them 1 star. Complete robbery: overcharged for service and under satisfaction for repairing the leak issue. Totally reporting to BBB !
Service fee is $500.00 and the part was only $40.00 --- who does that --- straight highway robbery !
And also gave me a 3 Day Right to Cancel notice form and then when I try to cancel within the hour -- They said they DONT HONOR the 3 day cancellation! Said that's just a generic thing every company has - its not valid !!! WOW .. really !

Nope, just skip them and save yourself from the headache. Extremely unreliable time window estimates and condescending management. The plumber was helpful and professional though. Roto-Rooter gave me a time window for 10 am - 2 pm on Sunday and I cancelled all of my plans to sit and wait for them. I had to keep calling and waited for about 15-30 minutes each time on hold for dispatch for an update. I waited until 7:30 pm until they said they wouldn't be able to show up after all and guaranteed to come the next day between 8 am - 12 pm and also offered me a $50 credit for the inconvenience. They ended up being delayed again and showed up past the window.
When I called the next day to talk to management, they were extremely condescending and rude. He asked me ""Who told you you were getting a discount? You don't use plumbing companies often do you? You should be grateful we arrived on a timely manner.""
1.) I have used plumbing companies before 2.) Even if I haven't, that's not a professional way of speaking with a first time customer of your company (which I identified myself as) 3.) Arriving a whole day late with little communication is not ""a timely manner."" 3.) Plumbing services are not something people frequently use anyways, only if you have issues, so that remark feels even more defensive and unnecessary
I'm severely disappointed since their services were so easy to book online and they seemed to be reliable from the information found on their website. I'm not sure why they think that I would be encouraged to be a repeat customer with that level of service.
