Two slow drains developed on Sat., Kitchen sink and Shower.
I called Sunday and technician Alex arrived to give an estimate.
He was pleasant, and thorough in his diagnosis.
He presented and estimate of $355...for each drain!
(I was told by the office there was no weekend charge).

I had the job done at 10am Monday for 30% of what RR quoted.

Roto Rooter unclogged my sewer line. The charge was $930. My primary plumber said that it was a $150 fix. Highway robbery! Do not hire Roto Rooter unless it's an absolute emergency and you don't want to save $$$.

Also, they tried to sell me extra services that I didn't need for an outrageous amount of money because they work on commission.

We bought a new toliet and had roto rooter come out for an estimate. They quoted us close to 400 for install one piece toliet and removal of old toliet. Getting anyone to help us in King City is difficult, so we paid for the install. Gerardo Garcia was our technician, he is professional, on time, good communication and great work.
