They're a little more expensive than other companies, but that's the only negative, and even then, I was offered a senior discount, which was very helpful. They scheduled my appointment very quickly (in fact, they would have come earlier but that time didn't work for me) and Louis was on time and had all the equipment he needed for the job. Louis was polite, professional, and respectful of my time and my home. He did a great job unclogging the shower drain and left the shower all cleaned up!

Beware of this company, Roto Rooter. They charged me $1800.00 to replace a part in one of my toilets and I supplied the part. They advertise on Craigslist as a handyman and do not name or tell the customer that they are a national company. When they showed up, the two employees spoke spanish between themselves and very broken english to me. They told me I needed to replace a water pressure valve outside at a cost of $4000.00 which I declined by signing on their computer. What I actually signed was a document agreeing to pay them $1800.00 to replace the item in the toilet. I've never been scammed before, and I will never again fall for this trap.

They charged me $3,700 for a temporary plug of a leak, about 3 hours work. They quoted $2,000 to come back and finish the job. A competitor (reputable established business) did the job for $390. Don't call RotoRooter!

Let the facts do the talking: tried to charge 3000 flat for a house water regulator replacement. When they realized we knew that was an absurd price they hastily dropped it down to 1600 which is still an absurd price. Any company that tries to highball you instead of giving an honest price upfront isn't worth your time. And if a company can magically drop off 1400 dollars on the price of something, where do you think that money would have ended up?

I had guest staying with us and our main sewer line was malfunctioning and needed service. They arrived and gave me a quote.
I had a few choices as to the remedy I needed. After everything that was done Louis gave us the results that we were looking for. His work was done to our satisfaction.

Called for a clogged toilet drain. Louis, just went out of his way to help find the blockage and unfortunately it is a broken mainline. But the professional service I received was such a stress free experience that I had to write a review for this company and thank them for employing such wonderful people who do an exceptional job!

Very friendly Plummer. Got straight to work unclogged the bathroom sink & the laundry room drain. Kept any spillage to a minimum & cleaned up everything after. Even when entering my home multiple times to go to his van & get more tools he always made sure to put sanity booties on before entering our home. Will gladly call him again if needed & will absolutely recommend him to others as well. He also made sure to give our landlord a fair price & not overcharge.

Joe Diaz, Miguel and Louis came out late on a Sunday night to help us with our flooding problem due to a clogged line. They were professional and courteous.
