Plumbing issues are a drag and always pricey but RR takes the stress out of it by providing prompt service

Alex S. Did a really great job. He arrived an hour after we called, was courteous and efficient. He was clean and tidy. Even the truck and the tools were clean. He fixed the clogged drain like the professional expert he is.

I will never call that company again. I wish I could give less that one star. The service technician could not give me details on why a simple 2 hour job to repair a leak on a 1/2inch copper pipe would cost $ 3.700.00. I had to ask the tech to repeat several times the amount, thinking something was lost in translation. One piece of information he give me was, that since the plumbing is in the confined crawl space there would be a $900.00 sur-charge, WHAT ??? NEVER heard such a stupid comment. It's like your roofer charging you extra to go up the ladder because you had the genius idea to put the roof on TOP of the house!!
I was able to find a plumber later that did the job for less than $1000.00.
Ridiculous prices.
Do not call them!
