Theo and Andrew were beyond polite, they were enthusiastic and made extra efforts to complete our repair on a Sunday without taking shortcuts. THANK YOU, Jacob Perez!! We had a broken hot water valve under our kitchen sink with a VERY stubborn nut stuck onto the copper pipe. After the pipe became damaged, we had to shut off our main water valve to our condo unit, which was very distressing during a heat wave! Jacob was able to come out on a weekend, after hours, and worked hard to get our problem resolved. He was very professional, kind, and diligent in making sure everything was perfectly fixed. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future!

We had a clogged sink drain that was very difficult to fix. Another plumbing company came out but couldn't fix. Fortunately Steven Villa from Roto-Rooter was able to successfully clear the clog. I had a longtime sewer line issue that became an emergency late one Thursday night. Called up Roto-Rooter in my area and they sent out a great team to get my home fixed up and working again by Monday morning. The supervisor Matt provided excellent service, technical knowledge, and information throughout while Fidel, Bryce, Jamie and their colleagues did an amazing job getting my lines repaired. Any inconvenience to me was minimized both while they worked and in the evenings between business hours. And they did it at a price point that couldn't be matched.

Robert from the same Roto-Rooter dispatch has also done awesome work for me in the past. I've tried several plumbers and plumbing services in the area and Roto-Rooter has always been the easiest for me to work with.

Initial visit cost $2,250. They installed a clean out drain. They gave us an estimate of $11,000 to install a 4 inch linear technology pipe inside the clay pipe. Juan Rico, the Supervisor of the job showed me a camera that went as far as the tree in the front yard. I asked if they would be digging up more of my lawn to accomplish the new pipe. Juan said ""no"". He said ""everything would be done through the clean out drain"". I told Juan that I had talked with my home warranty company and the highest they would pay for a job like ours would be $7,500. Juan dropped the price to $9,000 and was going to give me credit for the $2,250 towards the $9,000. Which brought the price down to a convenient $7,250 price tag! Throughout the job Juan was on site for less than an hour total. The day they did the clean out drain they dug up a 4x4 ft hole. The dirt they dug up was placed on a tarp on top of the lawn. When this job was finished Jose the worker cleaned off the tarp onto my lawn instead of taking it out to the street which is only common sense!! When they came back to finish the 4inch pipe into the clay pipe I assumed that what Juan told me about digging up more lawn was what was going to happen. After about an hour after their arrival, I went out to check on the progress only to see a worker digging up another 4x4 ft hole in my lawn. I asked the worker why he was digging another hole he responded with ""yo no habla inglés"". I immediately called the office to find what was going on. The person on the phone said she would contact Juan who was at another job site. She thought she pout me on hold, but was on live to hear her say ""where in the F is his phone number, and then she realized she was on live then put me on hold!! She came back and said she would contact Juan regarding the worker digging another hole. Juan called me back and said the hole was necessary to clean out the main drain to the street. I reminded him of our conversation about digging more holes in my yard, he denied that he said there would be no more digging and told me ""do you want me to have the worker close the hole and leave without fixing the problem""! To which I replied no finish the job. I informed Juan at that time that Jose cleaned the tarp on my lawn and discussed that only common sense would tell you to take it out to the street and clean it! He assured me that the worker would do so. Juan then said he wanted payment for the job, I paid him and he said I would get a receipt with 24-48 hours. I called the office on the 27th m, 3 days later because I paid on the 24th and didn't get a receipt yet, and was told they are behind and it should come to me within 24 hours. On May 30th I finally received my receipt in my email!! This company was shady from day one when they estimated the $11,000 job and took what the insurance was willing to pay! I have very little faith that they even installed the new pipe. Stay clear of this company and Juan Rico and his employees! To top it all off both days they were to show up at 8am but arrived at 10:30 the first day and 9:45 the second day, yet another reason not to hire this company!! I give this company an F rating. BTW the two holes they dug killed the lawn and will have to be re-sodded.
