Roto rooter was quick to respond and that is the only good thing I have to say. They quoted me $575 for a clogged toilet which I then had fixed by Another location plumber for $89!

My experience with this location of Roto-Rooter is horrifying!. Please beware of my situation when you call them. I would not trust this companies knowledge, ethics and professionalism.

I called Roto-Rooter to assist with a complete drain line clog from my house to the street line. Roto-Rooter came out the first time, charged me $400 and did not fix the clog. It remained clog the same day. I called to complain and they sent another technician out to video the line 3 days later and cleared the line, but told me I had a drain line disconnect from the clean out. This line disconnect was causing the clog and the clog would recur if not fixed. Roto-Rooter quoted my $9,500.00 to repair the line connection. Because of the almost $10k quoted repair costs, I told Roto-Rooter I would need to get a 2nd opinion. Roto-Rooter continued to call me twice the same day and next day to sell me on the need to get this fixed.

I called a different company that specializes in main sewer line work. This company videoed the line at no charge and told me this is not my line, but Sac County line and not my responsibility. Sac County has sense accepted responsibility.

The take-away here is that Roto-Rooter attempted to get me to spend almost $10,000.00 in work that turned out was not my personal residence line and not my responsibility. If I had not gotten a 2nd opinion from an experienced reputable company I would have never know this and likely spent $10k on repairs that were not my responsibility.

This shows very poorly on the ethics and character of the owner and staff at this location of Roto-Rooter. I am happy to answer any questions anyone might have about my experience as I dont want others to get financially taken by this unethical company!!.

Please take my word and call another company!

Today we had to have someone come out to snake our drain . What a blessing that they sent McGregor Santos , he was patient and determined to get the job done . After hours and lots of trouble he kept on until it was complete , thank you for being honest and hardworking.

I can not believe this people, they told me the service will be 300 just for see if the house that I want to buy has any plumbing issues, after the service they call me and told me that the total will be 697.50, whatttt????? I can't believe where the extra 400 came from, they said that they have to go to the roof or something like that, I am really upset about this, 700 for an Inspection??? Seriously. That is not the worst, they told me that the plumbing has some issues and to fix it will be 13000, I was not thank you, I already know you guys are a liars, I called other company and they went to the house for free and told me that they will charge 6000 for fix the same issue.
If you don't want to get extra charge and throw away your money, don't use this people service. I wish I could give them cero stars.

Professional and friendly. I would recommend these guys to everyone! They came out to Check a leak I had. Abel was fast friendly and professional the entire time.
Eddie came with his team a few days later to check on water damage and they were all amazing. Thank you again!

when they came out and gave me an estimate for 950 to fix my shower valve it sounded high ..so I was smart enough to get another estimate and shocking

$230..... theys guys are rip off artists and most of the time when you have a plumbing emergency you don't get bids ..trust me if you are dumb enough to call these thief's at least get another bid

I had a very bad experience with a plumbing emergency with the Vista Roto-Rooter. The water supply line to the fridge sprung a leak at the connector. The plumber said he was going to the truck to get an invoice. I go outside after a bit to find no plumber, no truck, and no explanation.

I've used Roto-Rooter in the past and have always been pleased with their service. No one likes having clogged appliances!

My double sink was hopelessly clogged overnight and as it turns out, the middle drain parts were glued shut. Thankfully, Adriel was prompt, quick, and thorough with his work and had it back to normal function within 20 minutes.

Had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up. Landlord wanted us to use Mitch with Fallbrook plumbing. Well long story short Mitch snaked the drain multiple times and the issue kept happening. So I went on my search Saturday morning and called about a dozen plumbers. No one could come out till Monday and it would cost at least $85 just for them to come and look.

Called Roto Rooter and they said they'd have someone out in 2 hours to assess and it wouldn't cost anything. Sure enough within 2 hours they were at my house!

Eli O. Showed up and was extremely nice and listened to me bitch about why I don't think snaking it would work and how Mitch was an idiot. First thing he did was head out to the trap on the other side of the kitchen wall, he opened it up and it was FILLED with sludge. He offered to snake it for free with my 10ft snake that I had. It needs to get snaked further, which I will call him to do but I'm getting in touch with my landlord to pay for it since we've only been here a month and this is YEARS of sludge. Had Mitch of Fallbrook plumbing opened the trap he would have found this. Glad we found someone capable.

I tried to give Eli a tip and he refused. Seriously the best experience I've ever had from plumbers, electricians, cable guys etc. Highly recommend Roto Rooter Vista

My kitchen sink was backed up. Made an appointment online around 6:45AM. Not even an hour later I got a very friendly call from Susan telling me that someone was on the way! Tony was at my door shortly after. Turns out I had a clog that was pretty far down the line, which took some time and patience to clear. Additionally, he discovered that my piping under the sink was glued where there should not have been glue, making it impossible to fully remove without cutting. He could have easily called it quits and said I needed new plumbing, but he didn't. Instead, he was able to work around the problem and clear the pipe successfully. Overall I'm thrilled with the service and would absolutely recommend Roter Rooter to anyone who asks. Thanks, Tony!
