You guys did an amazing job in a timely manner and we will definitely be calling on you if need be for any future jobs.

Technician Ray and Supervisor Lee were absolutely amazing and very professional.
They came to correct a situation with our toilet that was not properly completed several month ago after I just notified then of the situation. They came early, knew what to do and within ab hour resolved this issue. They did not charge ne anything and I will 100% recommend this company to anyone having issues with their plumbing.

While visiting my grandparents and after many years of do-it-yourself patch work, we had a major blowout on Memorial Day and Roto-Rooter came to the rescue! Lead by Project Manager, Lee Ray Benavidez, and his amazing team, Jorge Vallarta, Ethan Farmer, Jorge Fonesca, Ray Jenkins, Jorge Vasquez, Bonifacio Aguirre, and Jose Ochoa. Each of them deserve a thankful callout because not only was the work completed on time, they were very patient with a very particular 87 y/o man, that was constantly checking their work and offering his insight. They were able to install a major leach line (75 ft), repair a septic tank, and replace several areas of root infested clay piping. These dudes worked in 90 degree heat for 2.5 days with pride and tremendous quality. I would highly recommend asking for Lee Ray and his stellar team the next time you need quality professional grade with a 30 warranty. Thanks fella's!

Ask for Tony to be your plumber! My friend did some yard work for me and discovered a tiny sprizting leak on the pipe next to my water heater.

I tried to stifle the spray with a towel and hunnnay! The mf pipe EXPLODED, sending a gush of water out like a full blast hose! It turned into a water park REAL QUICK!

Of course, being the genius that I am, I fixed the situation myself by having a panic attack while running around my back yard like a headless voodoo chicken trying to figure out where the damn water shut off switch is. (Couldn't find it... don't judge me I just bought this house so I've yet to figure out where all the buttons are lol.)

So the water is flowing, and so is my adrenaline. I dailed 3 pluming services. The first couldn't work on the types of pipes I have, the second just told me to just shut off the water because she didn't have a serviceman to help me (seriously) so I hung up on that hoe.

Then I just called roto-rooter.... I must admit, in desperation. I remember the commercials from the when I was a kid. I didn't think they'd be able to do anything.... I mean, how helpful can a company with an 80s jingle and cheesy commercial be? But I was desperate.

Hunnnay! PUT SOME RESPECK ON ROTO-ROOTERS NAME! Tony came out in 30 min! On Good Friday no less! He didn't have the right pipe (my pipes are discontinued apparently) but he figured out a way to cap the flowing water, and STILL get me water to the house, even though it was cold only.

He promised to return today with the proper pipe to fix it this morning! As he was leaving, 3 more specialty guys from the company showed up to address any water damage and harm it could've done to my property, as well as dry it and make it safe... WHAT?! That was NO EXTRA CHARGE!

They were ready to contact my home owners insurance and make it seamless for me... which thank God it didn't need it, as it was on an outside wall with no insulation or chance for mold. Yaaaaay! Tony came back ON TIME this morning and finished the job quick and clean! I'll never ever ever use another plumber service! Bomb af!

I was having water pressure issues because the pump switch shorted. The plumber the sent out told me my pump was broken and I'd have to get it replaced for $5000+ dollars. But that wasn't the issue at all. My pump was working completely fine and they tried to scam me by replacing an expensive park. I had another plumber come out and fix the issue in 15min. Highly would not recommend this company. Even if you are having a plumbing emergency DO NOT CALL THEM.

This place was used by the selling agent to our née house. They came to certify the tank which they told us was never drained in its 30+ years! They went ahead drained and certified it. Three months later the tank was full again!!! They couldn't come and fix the problem they had failed to see before.

Where do I even start with Yoni? Yonis Expertise his accommodating ways to satisfy the customer go ABOVE AND BEYOND. My mother's gonna be 70 in January lots of experience with plumbers Yoni is the cream of the crop! Amazing work!!! We are so pleased with his work ethic personality and his eagerness to get the job done properly with 1,000% customer satisfaction. We had a leak coming from the shower knob that seemed to create some water damage in the wall behind the shower. My husband called roto-rooter after attempting to asses the problem on his own but not making much progress.

Roto-Rooter was able to schedule a same day appointment within the hour of us calling and came in to check the leak. The consult call for estimate was free which was a surprise. Then the icing on the cake was, Juan, the supervisor, who came and did an amazing assessment of the leak and was able to explain exactly what was going on. He was beyond helpful and communicated extremely effectively about where the issue was coming from and what needed to be replaced. He was attentive to my husband's concerns and helped us get our shower working like new without overcharging as most companies do.

Customer service seems to be a think that lacks in today's consumer market, but we had no complaints with Roto-Rooter and specifically with Juan. He is to be commended for not only doing his job but for actually going above his duties to make sure he left our residence with happy customers. Ohh and he even made a recommendation for a water restoration service for the water damage that the leak caused. We are grateful for such great service. Thanks again Juan
