In June 2021, I had water coming out of my walls and into my guest bathroom, laundry room and hallway which resulted in shutting off the water at our house. I called roto rooter and Lee came out within just a few hours. He saw where the water was coming up and had one of his leak detector specialist there within an hour. As it turned out, we had two separate leaks under the slab. Right then and there, Lee explained everything and all my options in detail with two different quotes for both options of repairs. He also had Donald the restoration supervisor come out who dried the water and explained in detail the process and protected the rest of my flooring and walls. I decided to re-pipe my entire house because of the age of my plumbing.
The vendors supervisor Lee had come to my house where the best crew not only did they re-pipe my house, but also did all the drywall and stucco repairs ALL THE SAME DAY! They arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and didn't leave my house until 9:00pm and left my home cleaner than when they started. I cannot express my amazement to the attention to detail they showed us. Lee also assigned Brett as the lead plumber to my job who over saw the workers doing the piping. Brett, along with all the workers, was also very helpful and professional and went above and beyond with a complete removal and installation of a new water heater and circulation pump and new pressure valve. Not only did Roto Rooter take care of all my needs but came in 3,000 dollars less than two other vendors. The corporation itself is organized well and clearly knows what they're doing and how to run their company. I could not be more satisfied with their work and customer service, I highly recommend them!

I'm going with zero here. Got an appointment easy enough. They came the next morning and quoted me $925.00 to replace my garbage disposal and tighten the faucet. I sent them out the door.
You seriously have to be kidding.
Highway robbery. Was it because I was female? I don't know but will NEVER call them ever again and don't recommend that anyone else does.

These guys don't even deserve the one star Yelp makes you give em. Tried diagnosing a water leak and blew it big time. Checked plumbing under the kitchen sink, checked clean-out outside and even checked the main. Total confusion and they wanted 2 grand to continue diagnosing the problem. Told them to go away double-time. Called Econo West and took them less than 30 minutes to diagnose a faulty Dishwasher. DO NOT USE Roto-Rooter!!!!

Do not use this company. They are very unprofessional and very dishonest. Juan Rico, one of their supervisors came to my house to give me an estimate, I though it was unreasonably high and the said that I wanted to get another estimate from another co. Before While looking at a cleanup valve, he asked his apprentice to dig up the pipe, he broke it and left the broken piece laying next to the open pipe. I talked to Juan. by phone, he denied his worker broke the pipe and came by later to argue with me and even accused me of trying to get the broken pipe witch his worker had broken fixed for free and said he wouldn't fix it. He yelled this at me in front of my neighbors. I called his supervisor and got an attitude, called corporate and after that the manager fixed my pipe. I would give them negative stars if I could. The work was done by someone else for half of their estimate. Don't use them.

Can't stand when a company doesnt follow through. set up an appointment, of course with a two hour block, and just like a bad employee, no call no show. this demonstrates the level of professionalism and work ethic that they have, clearly none. two hours of my life I'll never get back.

Elijah Damper was my technician , he came with a mask on and I think a smile I couldn't really see lol. He got straight to work and I answered the questions he had concerning the clog. Both toilets and tubs were clogged. He got all the info I gave him then went to work. Did his own investigating and figured out the plan and gave me the estimate. Once I agreed to it he went to work and handled it pretty quickly. Very friendly and professional! I recommend this company especially Elijah to anyone needing plumbing service.

If you ever need to call a plumber, I advise you not to call Roto Rooter. If you do, you'll regret it. I called them because they have been around for 80 years so I assumed that a company that's been around that long has to be honest and upright. Good old fashion American values; 100% honest but it wasn't that way at all.

I called them for a free service call to see if I had a problem. They showed up with 2 vans ready for work. Don cam into my house with his computer ready to sign a contract to replace the main line from the street to the house. We did have a problem with a leak on the side of the house but it was from the sprinkler system, not the main line which they wound up replacing. He quoted us a price of $6834.00 to replace the main water line, the sprinkler system and to put all controls above ground or that price; all inclusive. I had to leave and when I came back, they were done but when I went out the next morning the leak was still there. Worse than ever. Don came back out and said it was the sprinkler system that was leaking, which was supposed to be included in the price but now suddenly I'm being charged and additional $2200.00!! Not only that, but Don kept stating they don't buy parts from Lowes or The Home Depot, but the guy doing the work had to go buy parts. Guess from where? Yep. The Home Depot. At the end of the day, the guy doing the work expected to be paid directly. No one ever communicated to him that we financed the work and it was already paid for.

No God fearing and honest American would lie and sell their soul to the Devil for money or material things. if your word is no good, you're no good. Roto-Rooter couldn't pay me any amount of money to do a job for me again, much less me pay them.
