I'm writing an update to my review from yesterday as I am completely unsatisfied with their services. We needed to replace the cartridge for our water heater, and although they were able to complete the replacement in an under an hour, the quality of the service itself was terrible. They charged me $325 for its replacement (I bought the part they needed separately beforehand on top of that) and they left it leaking. I called them again to see if they would repair it, but they wanted me to pay them again for fixing the mistake they made since it is currently past 6:30 PM. I have to wait until tomorrow morning for someone to come in and repair it, though they haven't guaranteed it would be free. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would of gave 4 stars but the company did not respond fast. They came by twice but it's was at night. With that being said though the technicians, Marco and Paul were professional and resolved our plumbing problems without it escalating into something big. There prices were reasonable. 4 stars to the techs but 2 to the company for not responding fast enough.

My water sink clogged up my water sink was starting to flood I needed to get this fixed ASAP also perform a water shut off. The company website gimmicks 24/7 service also rep answers phone sent me a text just so he can tell me to wait 20 minutes for a second response. After patiently waiting he said they cannot make it till 8 in the morning also trying to charge 79 dollars for emergency shut off to begin with. I was able to do the emergency shut off myself ? Also I redid the pipes put them in back in place no more clog but can still use a new valve! Oh so what did you company do ? Besides tell me Your not available till 8 in morning ? 24 7 service not really 24 7? Rest my case

My pressure regulator took a dump on me and I went to Lowe's and Home Depot looking for a 1 1/4"" pressure regulator for the house. neither had one. I called this company to see if they could help. They sent a plumber who wasn't able to help because he didn't have the part. The next day they sent Tilden Mckissic. He proceeded to give me a $2400 quote to replace the unit. I told him he was nuts so he discounted it to $1900. Again he's nuts. It's a $300 part and took me 10 min to replace it. The only reason I didn't do it the next day was I'm a firefighter and was on duty. I didn't want my family to go another day without water. They are a complete rip off and I feel sorry for anyone who has used them. In no world loosening two fittings and swapping the preset regulator should cost anywhere close to that.

I knew what the problem was prior to calling them, as I had the same issue a year prior and used this exact company to fix it.

I have the skillset and tools to do the work myself, however since I work night shift at the hospital and we have been working overtime, Id rather just pay to have it done. All the guy had to do was remove the toilet and clear some roots, like last time.

Guy shows up at the later part of the day and I am at work, so my wife is home for the appointment. He spends 45 minutes in his truck on the phone before coming in. My wife explains the situation and prior history. The guy comes in, shuts the bathroom door so that my wife cannot see what he is doing and is done and leaves in 15 minutes.

$700 and the problem isn't fixed, so she calls them back. Guy says that he ran the snake and removing the toilet wouldn't fix the problem, then says that he actually did remove the toilet but that the whole plumbing system would need to be redone and would cost a few grand.

So I get home the following morning and what do I see? The calking that seals around the toilet wasn't even broken, proving that he did not remove the toilet. Furious, I called them back and they insisted that the toilet was removed but more extensive work would need to be done to fix the problem. I remove the toilet and do the work myself and fix the problem.

Lying about services provided is horrible in it self, but to take advantage of the situation because my wife doesn't understand what is going on and to close the door is on another level.

Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again. I could only imagine if it happened to someone who couldn't afford to eat the $700 cost.

Scam artists. I had a sewage blockage that came up through my kitchen sink. I called and was charged for the evening service fee, the fee to snake it and the camera fee. Totaling a little more than $400. The following evening Christian came out with the camera to detect what was causing the blockage. He stated that a tree from the yard had damaged the mainline and my only option was to replace the mainline and that it would be 13,000 plus to repair it. He said there was no other option to fix it. He stated that I needed to fix it asap in order to avoid it backing up and possibly flooding. Later that evening when I stated that I would be looking into a 2nd estimate he then started trying to fast talk me and offer other discounts such as a senior discount, military discount and stated that he could see if his manager would approve a lower rate. I stated that as a business your price should be your price and it didn't sit well that now he suddenly wants to offer all of these things. Shortly after the call he texted and asked if he could have his supervisor call me to go over a second option. I declined because why is there now suddenly a second option. I had another company come out and they cleared a small blockage by snaking it thoroughly and then they showed me my entire mainline. MY LINE IS COMPLETELY CLEAR OF ANY PROBLEMS AND THERE WAS NO TREE CREATING ANY ISSUES. Christian completely lied and tried to bamboozle me into having $13,000 worth of work done that didn't need to be done. It costed $400 to take care of my issue properly and this company showed me the entire area on the camera. I don't know how these people sleep at night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. very disappointing that they would do this and I'll be reporting it everywhere and filing a claim with the BBB.

Had a tub not draining well. The first time they came out, it was hours past their time window and I had to keep calling to get answers on if they were still coming. Charged $300 to snake the drain and said it was fixed. A week and a half later and the drain is slow again. The woman on the phone assured me that it would be covered under warranty, but when they came back out, all the tech had to say was ""I guess I could try to snake it again"" and wanted to charge another 300 saying the warranty is only 9 days. I told him to leave. Why on earth would I pay way too much again for them to not actually fix it again! Never ever using their services again.

Very disappointed form Roto-Rooter service. They have changed $480 to just look at the job and quoted $6,800 to pump septic tank. While I got this done for only $800 from other plumber.
They are thinking they are the only one in this world. The guy was rushing to get the work done right away and asking $6,700 credit card on the phone. Never seen such a thing. The owner should embarrass by looking at these reviews

They deserve no stars for trying to scam consumers who dont know any better. They were quick in getting someone out for an estimate but outrageously overpriced. The work needed was to have new shower valves and faucet replaced. Roto Rooter quoted me $6,325.00. I could get a whole new tub and shower installed for less than that!! I work for a plumbing company (out of the service requested area) and know this is purely a tactic to take advantage of someone who may not know better. After reading their reviews (which I shouldve done beforehand) I see overpricing is the norm for you. SHAME ON YOU ROTO ROOTER FOR TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE IN NEED!
