My washer wasn't hooked up properly and was told service would be a day later. Instead they called to let me know a client had cleared up for service the same day. They came 45 minutes later and fixed my problem in 5 minutes free of charge was soo happy with the service I had to let everyone know. Gabriel Robles was my service man and was of great help and service I recommend this service to any customer that's new. My 1st visit was 1 I'll never forget and will have my service for many more years to come.

Called Roto-Rooter at 8am and was placed on a wait list, to expect a call back within 2 hours for a scheduled tech. Since their Tech's were back logged with prior projects, their dispatch kept me in the loop about every 30-45 minutes, even if no update could be given. This let me know they cared not to leave me hanging. What a great best practice so your customers aren't just waiting around wondering. Was able to leave for a few hours and get stuff done, then got a text that our tech, Gerardo Ramirez (#7325) was heading to my house. Great guy! Very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He did a very thorough job, then to wrap up he gave me a detailed breakdown of what he did and what I can do in the future to prevent this.. with reasonable pricing, professional and courteous Tech's/dispatch, and a 6 month warranty on their work, you bet I will use them again in the future! Made an appointment for today between the hours of 5-7 pm so I waited for someone to show up and nothing. 8:30 pm I get a phone call from them asking me if I still wanted them to come out ? Really two hours later ? I missed dinner with my family for this. Never dealing with this company again.

I called a few local plumbers in the direct vicinity of my home before calling Roto-Rooter because I just assumed that the ""local guy"" would be more responsive. Nope. I called three different plumbers and they all let the call go to the answering machine. Rotor rooter answer the phone, gave me two updates on the plumbers ETA, and that was just the beginning. I had the extreme pleasure of spending some time with Glenn Lane (Tech#7320). I have never had to use a plumbers services before - so I didn't know what to expect. Glenn was polite, educational, respectful, clean and immediately got to work once he diagnosed the issue. He put my mind at ease with a solution - give me a quote and do the job in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to call Glen directly if and when I need his services again - and I will absolutely refer my friends and family to him as well. Well done Roto router for having Glenn as your ambassador out of the field!

Requesting a service call was quick and easy. The lady I spoke to on the phone was funny, yet efficient. Rodolfo came out to my house and gave me a quick estimate and was incredibly professional and friendly while thoroughly explaining the work that needed to be done.

Watch out for Roto Rooter ...recently quoted me $4100 for a job that Ray May did for $695. Truly an attempt to take advantage of a customer. i will never use them again!

Scheduled an appointment at 2:00, was told my issue was minor and could be handled today. the wait time I was told was 2-3 hours. Received another call after the two hours saying it will be another hour or two. Fine. No problem.

Driver gets here an hour later I tell him what I need done

He immediately says he can't change it and it would have to be scheduled for tomorrow.

That is not typical for them to carry the pieces for a washing machine hookup, this is literally the exact opposite of what both schedulers told me. They assured the work would be done today as it is a very easy switch.

The icing on the cake was when I showed the rep the work that needed to be done he over complicated it. Saying he has to remove the housing and the whole pipe in order to fix it.

So if you'd like to waste half your day waiting and receive deceitful and unsatisfactory service this is the place to call!

$499.95 minimum for drain cleaning on a holiday (New year day) is a little outrageous, was able to get the job done very quickly and professionally for less than half of that. My technician indicated that if it had been a holiday the additional charge would have been only $99.00.

Started with a clogged toilet early in the morning on a Wednesday. Thankfully Roto-Rooter had evening hours since I was at work. Shorty before the plumber arrived both of my toilets started backing up. I became very stressed out when I noticed it and started thinking the worse. Then Glenn arrived and right from the start he was so kind and professional. He knew right away what the problem was and made me feel at ease about the situation. The price was very reasonable. My biggest compliment is really towards Glenn though, he made my experience so much easier to deal with. Would definitely use them again in the future.
