This was my first time using Roto Rooter, it has been an excellent experience! Travis one of their professional plumber showed up leas than 2 hours after I called right on time! The clog I'm on main sewer line is now fixed, everything cleaned and they answered all of my questions! Professional and honest service and great prices! Thank you Travis for helping me today... from now on roto rooter is my to go plumbing company!

they make a bogus appt and keep you waiting all day, night and don't have the professionalism to realize your time is valuable too! plus our time off work waiting waiting waiting...
why don't they just tell you, they don't and won't show up

then we call back,,, some hag answers phone and lies that they are almost on their way, just finishing up w/job they are on , next thing you know it's 8,9,10pm no show, no call .... next day... still no show, no call nop apology ! guess what, now it's my turn to cost them some business .... nobody should call this place even if last resort, , ,

i understand their free estimate game, while you are down and out and desperate they write up a ridiculous est!!! like you want to wait around again,,, just get it done already, quit cheating people, have some integrity! i don't get why people seem to think that is ok to rip people off and call it business! god have mercy on these rip off scum... i won't

The guys who showed up performed a camera inspection. That turned out great. That would have earned them 4 or 5 stars. However, they totally overcharged for cutting a pipe, therefore the 3 stars. Almost $300 for cutting a pipe. They need to seriously re-structure their pricing. I'll shop around more next time. There are plenty of companies that do the same thing.

Saturday afternoon, sewage backed up into our bathroom, into our dining room! Big problem. Called a few companies, Roto Rooter could get someone out there the soonest. We were wary of being upsold or taken for a ride due to the last minute weekend nature of our service call, but we paid a reasonable price for a routine fix. Christian was polite, knowledgeable, and quick, too! Took about an hour and all was well when he left. We still had the evening to enjoy and weren't bankrupt after, haha!

Well there's nothing like raw sewage coming up into your bathtub during a pandemic. So I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Field Supervisor, DJ out and he quickly and professionally fixed the problem and I am such a happy homeowner right now!

Used their service to change the stem on the hot water side of the tub. A simple task and they charge me $375. This is price gouging. I will never use their service again.

I've tried to support the local mom & pop shops in the past but I always come to regret it. The last guy wouldn't even cross the threshold until I signed off on a $350 commitment. It felt like I'd just invited the burglar into my home to rob me. Sometimes you have to go with the name brand - Roto Rooter is my go-to.

I had two drains that were backed up and effectively shut off the use to half of my house. I looked up Roto-Rooter online, submitted my request and received immediate confirmation that they'd be out first thing the next morning. True to their word, Paul S. showed up right at 9AM. Paul got the drains opened - he was thorough, clean and kept me apprised of his progress. The price was a bit north of what I've paid in the past but it comes with a 6 month guarantee. It's nice to know that they stand behind their work. Big big thumbs up to Paul!

On Easter Sunday we woke up with 2 of our 3 bathrooms backed up. After our best try failed, I called Roto-Rooter. Rebecca not only assessed the problem, but scheduled the service for the same day. She did a great job reassuring me they would get it fixed. Within less than an hour a water mitigation specialist (clean up person) arrived - but - we did not need the service(it was FREE). Within that same hour, Fabian (the plumber) arrived. Fabian located the problem and also had it fixed within less than an hour. He was professional, personable, and worked VERY CLEAN, while being respectful of the current CDC guidelines. We honestly thought this would cost us thousands (Sunday? and HOLIDAY emergency?) Total was $628. What a great company, and employees.
Easter Sunday ended a LOT better than it started, thanks to Roto-Rooter.
