Other plumber came out and cleared problem for $150 and was fast and pleasant.
Great service from company called John's plumbing & Rooter. First time I used but will definitely call if needed. I highly recommend.

I called to have my mother's clogged patio drain cleaned before a rain storm. The original phone contact said we'll have a tech there within two hours. Next, I get a ""dispatcher"" caller who provides a four hour arrival window, but no one shows up. I called back and was informed the tech was on a complex job that ran over. Hours later the tech arrives. The tech had a sales pitch saying he would give me 50% off the job and the price would be $750. I said that was too expensive. Then he came down to $650. I said that was too expensive. Then he said he had to drive an hour and he could only come down to $550. I still said no. Then he came down to $450. I agreed. He did the work in a very rushed way. I think he should have flushed the dirt out in addition to snaking the pipe and mentioned that, but he said that wasn't possible. The drain is unclogged, but I think the bare minimum was done and not fully what needed to be done. This company is a racket. I think they tried to take advantage of me. I am a woman. Take your business elsewhere. So many male dominated businesses try to rip women off these days.

We called for service because of a clogged toilet. Noah was sent to our house for the job. He could not fix the problem and said we needed a new toilet. He came back the next day and installed it. A VERY EXPENSIVE JOB as we were charged for the two service calls. But, the new toilet works. Therefore, the 2 star rating as he did the job he was supposed to do.

BUT, Noah was VERY sick when he came to our house with a very bad cold. He was complaining constantly about how achy and horrible he felt. I told him that he should not be going to people's homes when he is that sick as he will be making others ill. Then, he tried to downplay how he felt. I told him to have someone else come back for the second visit as we did not want him back since he was so sick. But, he insisted on coming back. I should have refused and called the office to complain but we needed to have the toilet fixed. He also asked me to make him some hot tea with lemon and honey. When was the last time a workman in your home asked for such service?

We sprayed Lysol on everything in the bathroom and on all the door knobs, etc. both days after Noah left our house.

Well, you guessed it, my husband (whose bathroom the broken toilet was in) got very sick two days later. He had just recovered from walking pneumonia that same week. His illness has now caused us to cancel a trip to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday. Needless to say, I am livid and will NEVER use this company again.

Scheduled service to replace handle and flapper, told the consultation was free. Technician arrived late which led to another family member letting them in and approving it all. The Technician wanted to charge 500 dollars which was a massive up charge compared to other local Plumbing services. My family member approved the purchase and the tech removed the parts in about 5-10 minutes. Once I got hold of the family member I told them to cancel. The technician, Guillermo, called me and told me it would be 125 dollars for the 5 minutes of work of removing the parts. I laughed and said I wouldn't pay that and haggled down to 50 dollars. Scummy Business Tactics.

*** 0 STARS *** THIS COMPANY SUCKS, WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! *** NEVER CALL THEM TO FIX YOUR PLUMBING EVER *** Had roto-rooter come out last year to fix the kitchen sink since it was backed up & clogged, they fixed the problem but had us buy a tub of some product ($70!) & assured that if we put it down the drain & used it weekly, it would keep the pipes from clogging again. A year later the kitchen sink got clogged up once again & we hired a different company, come to find out, the product we bought only made the pipes WORSE & caused the pipe to back up way more - just so they could have contact their business again for their service. A bunch of BS and these plumbers are losers !!!!

Was schedule to have a technician to come to our house at 5pm, they showed up at 7pm and charged us for showing up after 7pm just to give a free estimate. Got all the materials for them to install a sink faucet, all they need is to install it. They were going to charge us $780 for it, no thank you. This company is a total rip off and charging us for them showing up late on top of that, I will never call this company again.

Horrible service that takes advantage of those in a stressful situation. We had a new home we moved into only to find the sewage lines were rusted out. After charging me way too much including for things they didn't use like heavy machinery for digging, supports for the dig site, etc. they did a terrible job. The liner they put in has bumps and grooves for the sewage to get stuck on, it's not connected properly to the piping allowing sewage to leak out the sides, and it actually goes too far into one of the other lines causing a blockage. Now we're having it redone properly with all new pipes for less than they charged for half our house of sleeves. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Our Roto Rooter tech, Giuliano (employee # 4367) was outstanding! I got home from a trip on a Sunday evening to find that our entire bathroom was stopped up from toilet to sink to bathtub. We called around and no plumbing services were available but Roto Rooter had a tech they were able to send out. They called back to let us know the tech was available even earlier. He arrived and figured out what he needed to do. The clean out that he needed was located in our side yard which is filled with junk but he was able to get his tools where they needed to be, even though it seemed impossible to get to. He had our drain unclogged quickly and stayed long enough for us to run the water for several minutes to make sure full flow was restored. Definitely a huge help with the availability and the excellent service!

Stay away from this company unless it's your last choice. They over charge for simple job. One technician came in my house today and quoted me $449 to unclog my bathtub. I told him I can't afford, he said I will talk to my supervisor to give you discount. I declined and went ahead with another company (BRYCO plumbing) got the same job done for $160. Please stay away from this company, you've been warned!
