We have had two drain clogs and called Roto-Rooter both times. Mike was here within 2 hours. He was profesional, efficient, and very tidy. He worked fast to solve the problem. If we have a problem in the future, we will surely call Mike.

I wish there was a ""no star"" choice. This is a very poor performing company that does not do what they were hired to do and has the nerve to argue with you as well. First, they were two hours late without calling and after arriving cleaned out a drain he was told not to clean out, refused to clean the drains he was hired to clean and left after 15-20 minutes though was paid for the whole hour. The woman that books the work must be his wife the way she defends him. He can't even handle the crap he was supposed to clean out because he full of it himself. I will be contacting the corporate Roto Rooter as these clowns give them a bad name

After our insurance company failed us by sending a shady plumber out. We waited 2days without water pressure for something another company our insurance company sent us did. I was looking to hire him to fix somethings g before he left he started to turn knobs and left us with a bigger problem. After arguing we divided to look for our own plumber and pay out of pocket. So I THANK you so much Roto Rooter for your prompt and quick service fixing our plumbing. That was fast called the night before but we decided that's we would wait till the next morning. Once the guy got started I went and did a quick errand by time I came back he was already done and gone so happy we called you. I can't say THANK you enough.

Oh my gosh....run for the hills!!! Don't ever use this company. First of all they are ridiculously expensive. Secondly, they were more than 1 hour late with no phone call. I had to call them to find out what was the ETA. After doing the work, exactly one week later I had the same situation. When I called them again, and spoke with the rudest women, I was told I would have to pay extra to have them come back on a Saturday. So let me get this straight.....you did a crappy job and didn't resolve the problem and now you think I should pay more to have you come back on a Saturday even though I would have no plumbing for 5 days??? Hmmmmm

My kitchen sink in my Trailer was clogged. Called and they were here within an hour. He got the drain unclogged thru the sink and did not have to take it apart. He did do a good job, However, He was here 15 minutes tops, and charged me $140. My Cardiologist doesn't even charge that much for an appointment....Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had roto rooter out 3 or 4 times over the years. They are always pleasant. The come out promptly. They don't make a mess. They are quick and efficient. I wouldn't call any other plumber.

I live in Cambria, and had a sewer line problem that completely backed up all the toilets, tubs, shower, etc. Michael Knowles arrived and within an hour had pulled the toilet and cleaned out
the sewer line, finding the culprit - tree roots. He also suggested we put in a clean out valve, outside, as one was not located where it should be, (house built in the 70's). We want him to
come back and take care of this for us. Thank you Michael for a competent job.
