If your in need of plumbing service ASAP Roto Rooter will fit the bill and come out to your home within a couple hours. BUT... with that comes a very expensive price to pay. We were quoted $1100 AND for the same work APEX in Modesto (I found Mark on Yelp) charged us $500 and came out the same day and got the job done.

We called Roto Rooter for an extreme emergency on a Saturday night. They sent Jacob Messer and we could not be more pleased. Jacob went right to work quickly and fixed our ceiling leak. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Jacob made sure there were no other issues in the area! I would use Roto Rooter again and of course put in a request for Jacob!!

The service was incredible, specially for a Sunday. But Brock Neal replaced our broken faucet, cleared a blocked garbage disposal and replaced the downspout from the A/C. Was a bit pricey though.

called Roto Rooter and got a call from Nelson. he seemed educated on what was going on prior to the visit. he Quoted $1600 to jet the pipes that seemed to be clogged. seemed like he was giving a camera inspection for free! although I called for a free estimate. lets just say he never showed up for a second visit because his camera was in Manteca! he never finished the job and ghosted me for an entire week!!! This company is a fraud! they work on commission so their quotes seem to be 2-3 times as more than a small certified plumbing business! why I went with them? Because they were the only ones that called back within an hour! I was afraid that my new house would backup and cause water damage! of course all the other 3 plumbers quotes $300-500. Never again will I go with them or recommend them especially their plumber Nelson. he swiped my card, didn't finish the job and doesn't even bother to text for an entire week!!!

They lagged on me the first day calling me and rescheduled for the next day I was quoted 425, next day came they where suppose to call me in the AM never did just showed to my house around 2:30pm but canceled me the day before cause dump closes at 3 makes no sense but the guy wanted to quote me 600 in person I called there office they quoted me 425 in front of the worker and next thing I know the two workers are getting called In by the boss and I'm getting apologized to cause they don't know what's going on and why they saying 600 wanted to reschedule again for new people to come out and pay the right price I didn't take the new schedule due to they tryed to rob me in person with a higher quote . Bad business won't ever recommend them
