I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FROM THE GUY FIRST THAT COMES OUT, TO SUPERVISOR TO THE STORE MANAGER... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM... I regret paying $525 dolars and I still have the problem for which I called them to fix...

We called them to remove a men's shaver from commode. The plumber claimed a broken angle stop had to be replaced ( who knows that he didn't not break it). 504.71 for removing commode and replace angle stop, sloppy work putty all over tile floor, he didn't check his work water not turn on tank, water everywhere, he claimed 2 hours work and he sat for 20 minutes in his van outside my home and I was charged for it. People beware they will charge you big for the air you breath. Was refunded half of total charges (was like pulling teeth from these people) they hardly return calls, you need to hound them for your own cash...........Never will I do business with them!!

Just had a terrific experience with this crew. Mark R. and Ira worked on a job for us repairing several sub-flooring pipes that needed to be replaced at a rental of ours
Old pipes, small space to work in and difficult access = a job that could end up being time consuming. And it was - but the crew worked long hours and stayed until 9 PM in the evening so our tenants would not have to go an additional day w/o running water and backing up. Their manager Kirk worked closely with me to be sure pricing was very fair and that I understood what services I was paying for and validated them with me. This is a good team with professional integrity that I recommend highly!

My shower was backing up & the toilet was gurgling. I dug up the pipe in the front yard myself (because there was no clean out pipe). Roto Rooter came out & without touching anything, said the rest of the yard needed to be dug up & the pipe replaced from the house to the street for a price of over $2000. I had another plumber come out & put in a clean out pipe, used a power rooter & the cost was just under $500. This was 3 weeks ago & all has been well. Unhappy about Roto Rooter's estimate for unnecessary work.
