This team is awesome. They come out in a timely manner and fix the problems fast. They don't try to scam the customer like I have seen from other plumbers. I have had Johnathan and Mauro come out on separate occasions and they have been professional and focused on helping the customer. Highly recommend.

The company has unprofessional plumbing staff that promise one thing and do another. I called them out to handle a major underground plumbing issue in two occupied apartments at my property. The plumbing issue was causing an issue for 6 other tenants. Initially, the service was adequate for the plumbing problem. However, upon continued involvement with the different plumbers and other staff they sent out without prior notification each day, I quickly learned how unorganized and unprofessional this company really is. The managers do not clearly communicate to their staff nor do they keep the client informed. As a property manager, I have tenants that need to be kept in the loop when dealing with such a large problem. Roto Rooter claims to be a pro at handling rental property issues and assured me that communication is what they do. So, I gave them a day or two each time I called. However, after numerous attempts to get an update, I was treated poorly and ignored every step of the way. Additionally, they over charged for everything they did which was not much. The issue was so big that we had to get our insurance involved and Roto Rooter did not make that easy either. Instead, they continuously gave me and the insurance claims adjuster the run around. I will never use them again!

This was our company's first service call to Roto-Rooter and the experience was excellent! From the initial call to the friendly office staff to the finalization of the job, the customer service level is top-notch! The office staff kept me informed of the technician's arrival. Devin Samoneck was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to clean out our drain problem in our shop, handled the problem efficiently and fully explained their 30-day service warranty. What I liked best is the company's use of technology and I was able to pay immediately with a receipt provided via email. Devin clearly showed his knowledge and professionalism. Well Done Roto-Rooter! Highly recommend.

I am a new customer who recently had both of my bathrooms out of service due to a backup issue with our toilets. I was so distressed about the mess in my house. Not having access to any bathroom in terms of privacy for nearly 2 weeks was very frustrating. Due to Jason, Jeff & Gabe I was able to feel more comfortable in my home because of the excellent customer service that these professionals provided. If anything ever happened to my plumbing system again I would like to call on Jason, Gabe and/Jeff. There service was expedient, professional and courteous.

Last night I called and needed another snake job because shzzz was backing up in the tub. When I called the operator, she explained about the pricing and gave me the option of now or first thing in the morning for a lower rate. Given the hour and probability of low use through the night, we held off til morning. (Thoughtful to save me money)
Today they snaked and took a video look at the line and found a break in the line. Diagnosed, snaked, jet cleaned & repaired all in the same day. Thanks to Ryan Burroughs professionalism and calling out all the necessary experts in order of operation. He handled the problem in a timely manner. Everything went just as he explained to me in the beginning. Great work! I will definitely call on you again should the opportunity arise.

Terrible customer service, and I work with people and it's my job to make them happy so I know is not easy, but these guys don't even try...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FROM THE GUY FIRST THAT COMES OUT, TO SUPERVISOR TO THE STORE MANAGER... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM... I regret paying $525 dolars and I still have the problem for which I called them to fix...
