Thomas was really great, my parents were out of town and I was watching the house and needed to call a plumber when our sewer drain had a clog. There was miscommunication between my parents and I on what we wanted done and the price, and I was getting chewed out, Thomas completely understood and made it work in our budget. My dad is a lieutenant at SPD and Thomas thanked him for his service and risked a lot to discount the price for us. It was really great, couldn't have asked for a better guy. They better not give him any flak for this! He knew that customer service should always be the top priority in any situation. He made a stressful day a lot easier on all of us.

Brandon Filbert out of the Manteca office was the technician that came to my house today in Stockton to replace my garbage disposal. He arrived on time and was really informative. He explained the whole process of step by step. I had no worry after that conversation.

After he completed the job (which was fast) he explained all of the warranties to me. He was a really good technician and knows his job well. If i need any more plumbing work completed i will definitely call roto rooter again and ask for Brandon. Because i know i will get the correct answer and the job done correctly. Thanks again Brandon for a job well done. Keep up the excellent work.

Quick response time and the techs were great. I'm giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn't diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it's because of our cleanout, therefore we will
Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it's now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. We called them yesterday at approximately 4 p.m. for service and they said that it would be between 5 and 7 p.m. they would be here. The guy was 45 minutes late. When he showed up he said he couldn't do anything and would be back in the morning between 7 and 8am. He was late again and didn't show up until 8:45 a.m. when he was here he snaked our drain and didn't even check it before he left. 20 minutes after he left it was backing up again. I called the service number again and the lady said that they would have to send another guy out and charge us an additional $175. We had just paid $175, 30 minutes before that. She was very rude. When the guy left he said there was a 30-day warranty and it had been 30 minutes. We also tried to call the manager twice today and the manager was supposed to be there but wasn't there or something. We have no running water or toilet. Thanks for the shady job.

If you read the dissertation, you will remember the refrigerator water/ice maker in the door not working and having them come back out, only to tell us it wasn't their problem and basically had nothing to do with them. Well, I finally called a great plumbing company to come out and hook up the refrigerator water and ice. When they couldn't hook it up I had to explain the previous plumbing job (sheet rock still not repaired due to my knowing something might be found to be wrong and would need to be opened up again). Glad I didn't repair the sheetrock because it was found that Roto-Rooter didn't bother to FINISH the job in the first place. They stopped at the washer and dryer in the laundry room and didn't continue the plumbing job to include up over the ceiling over to the wall behind the refrigerator and down the wall to the back of the refrigerator! The new plumbing company I called finished the job Roto-Rooter did not complete and we now have water and ice!!! It took them only a couple of hours and where they had to cut the sheet rock, they were very careful to do it in such a way that it is easy to repair and not butchered! It cost us $1,900 for them to complete the job that Roto-Rooter refused to complete with their statement that it wasn't their problem! The company that we called to fix and repair said Roto-Rooter should have completed the job and that they, the GOOD plumbers would never leave a job not completed. DO NOT CALL THIS ROTO-ROOTER COMPANY!

Arrived on time and was very helpful, replacing my toilet, after the job was done Reid made sure that everything was clean and ready for use. Very happy with the job and price.

I absolutely can not say enough good about the two different men that came to my house last week ... First guy, James came as an emergency call ... He was professional and informative!!! Did the job!!!

But as this is an older house and new to us we decided to check into the reasoning for the back up ... Especially with 50 people invited to my grandson's birthday the next weekend ... can you imagine? Well Ken came ... he went under the house and did a thorough inspection ... then in plain simple English he explained exactly what he found and explained why it would / could cause problems in the future.

I have to tell you that Ken kept me informed through out the process and SHOWED the pipes that were removed and yes they needed to be ... Ken was EXTREMELY clean and neat ... he protected my home as though it was his mothers or worse my mothers! When he was done you could not tell that I had anyone there ... I guess I should mention that the access to the crawl space is in the front bedroom so he had to really crawl through the muck ... Not a speck of dirt left behind ... Can't say the same for the county inspector!

I definitely would recommend for any plumbing issues!!! Seriously CALL THEM!
