I can not tell you how happy I am with the service Roto-Rooter Anaheim
gave to my mother. My mother lives in a mobile home park in Placentia and after another Plumbing Contractor left her with a backed up sink and told her he would have to crawl under her coach and cut out pipe.
I called Roto-Rooter Anaheim the very next morning and they were out with in two hours and fixed everything.

Great customer service on the telephone, on the service call and the follow up. I would definately recommend this company to everyone in my mothers park.

When a water line bursts and is flooding your bottom floor at 3am on Sunday morning, it's impossible to do any research to find the ""right"" plumber. That being said, these guys were the right pick! A plumber was there within 45 min - Andrew. He was extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, he scheduled the damage assessment for Sunday afternoon to minimize any additional damage. The damage assessment lead, Anthony, was right on time. He provided an estimate the same day and had a crew working that week on the water mitigation services. Highly recommend using this office and team to everyone.

Incredibly disappointed! Let me start off that everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Their customer service is great. But that's the only positive I can give.

They told me my problem (2 backed up toilets- I even told them why they were clogged) could only be solved by installing some system called a clean out (?) that would either run me $2400 if they dug through my grass or $3200 if they had to go through concrete. What !!

He didn't even attempt to snake, plunge, pick up the toilets, put the camera down there... nothing. Just a hefty quote without exploring other options. Seems like shady business practices.

Called another plumber recommend to me by a friend who got the job done in 15 minutes and only $100 for both toilets.

Would not recommend Roto to anyone !

UPDATE to owner - I'm fairly certain you can find out the address from the receipt and talk to iggy what should happen and you should contact me instead of vice versa.



Ignore the coupons or deals they have going on as they will NOT honor it. I'm a property manager so usually am not on site to when the fixes are actually being made so I would hope a company to be honest and helpful in what actually needs to be done and not overcharge or be upfront of what is exactly going on. I worked with iggy on this over the phone and so had to supply my cc over the phone which is fine but to get charged additional and NOT get a legible receipt about what it means until MAYBE a month later is by far unprofessional and really not worth your time to choose this company as I will give them credit for coming out fast (probably because they aren't busy...)

My advice, if you're a property manager I don't recommend this company but if you're a homeowner actually there the entire time they could potentially do their job.

I looked up reviews for the Roto-Rooter in Anaheim and was wary of the reviews because honestly they weren't all that great but I took my chance and I'm so glad that I did. I had the pleasure to first speak to Veronica, the receptionist who set my appointment for 11-2pm. Veronica called at 9:30 to move UP my appointment which never happens and Iggie arrived not 10 minutes later. He explained in explicit detail what was wrong and gave us 2 options to fix it. He was in and out before my original appointment and left me with his direct phone line in case anything else goes wrong. He was as kind and courteous as Veronica and truly explained all that was going on, the price, everything. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I know who to call. Thanks Iggie and Veronica so much for your kindness and going above and beyond.

You gave me a window from noon to 2 pm yesterday. At 2:15 some one called and said they'd be another hour. Then no one called so I called at 4:30 and they said I was next on the list. The guy finally showed up at 6:15 pm. Then, he had to go to Home Depot to get the part. He got the wrong part. So he turned off my water to the house and left at 8 pm. My whole day waiting on a plumber! Told me I would be first today. I waited until 9 am today to call you and they told me an hour. The guy showed up at 10:15 this morning. Some how I don't think that's first! It took him until noon to fix my shower knob. He had to go get a part that I'm sure was a 40 dollar part that I got charged 182.00 dollars for. What a rip off!!!! I feel I was overcharged for my service call. $500 dollars to fix a broken shower knob. Wow. And NO apologies were ever made for wasting 2 days of my life waiting for you. I will NEVER call Roto-rooter again! And I will tell my friends not to use you as well.
AND.... to top it off, he put the handle on backwards. So now to turn it off you have to pull up. I'd make you come out and fix it and make it right but I'm now going to waste another day of my life waiting for you!

The worst experience ever. This company is a joke. We will be there between 2-5pm shows up at 7:30pm. No call from them letting me know they are running late. I call and nothing they can do. He's on his way lol. Then this kid not more than 19 shows up and wants $250 to unclog a 2"" drain. I will never never use this company for anything. The worst ever.

First of all, we were given a 3-hour window (4-7pm), even when they knew they were running late, WE had to call (3 times) to get an update. They finally called us at 9:00pm, said they were going to be another hour. When the guy finally showed up at 10:15, he didn't know where our main line is. And, wanted to jackhammer our front porch! We called another company who came out & found our main line in 2 minutes & snaked our line!!

My mom accidently flushed her wedding ring and we were hoping to retrieve it. We avoided flushing that toilet & running water in that bathrm as well as avoided running water throughout the house in hopes of finding the ring in the trap or pipe. A very clean, polite technician came but didn't come w/ camera/scope & said he couldn't get one. He said he could return in 2 days and unseat the toilet & look in the drain but never mentioned a camera. After 2 days of not running water in the house, at the time of our appt they called & cancelled our appt & tried to reschedule for another day. They said our technician was not available & couldn't send another one. This was an emotional mishap as my father had passed away several months ago and now she also is suffering the loss of her wedding ring that fell off her finger unknowingly. No compassion from roto rooter and poor customer service. Have used them for years but will not be calling them again.
