Be careful with these guys. I had a clogged main line and they quoted me $320 to run a snake. When I said it was too much they dropped to $180.00. That should tell you everything. Than they tried to up-sell (hard sell) me on other services.

The RR technician was thorough and courteous and did an overall good job including cleanup. However, the service is about 22-30% overpriced as compared to local plumbing services hourly rates plus travel. Also, RR never confirmed online appointment. I didn't know they were coming until I got a call from dispatcher hours later. Good for emergency service but should look elsewhere if you have the time.

This is one of the tougher reviews to write. During a cam inspection of my main sewer line there was a damaged section discovered that needed replacing. Unfortunately this section was underneath the house so it involved digging through concrete. By sheer luck the damage was contained to a closet area which was a plus. The plumber showed up and started doing his work and I went about my business upstairs to let him be. After coming down a few hours later to check on things the entire downstairs of my house was covered in a layer of concrete dust. The plumber had not sheeted off the area to contain the dust. Multiple bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room...all completely covered in concrete dust. After some calls to customer service we were able to get in touch with Sean the manager and he was very apologetic. Personally came out to our home that same night with Anthony their clean up specialist and were there till almost midnight vacuuming up dust. They knocked $500 off our price and hired a professional maid service to clean our house the next day as well. We are very appreciative of the response to what was probably just a mistake/oversight by the plumber. The work on the sewer line was solid and the problem is fixed. I don't believe in chastising a company for a single mistake, we all make mistakes here and there. I'd give 5 stars for the plumbing work on the sewer line itself, 1 star for the concrete dust mistake (cause that stuff hangs around for a long time), and 5 stars for the response and personal care from management.

Christian answered our call after hours for a mainline clog. Saddleback plumbing worked the same stoppage for two hours and couldn't clear it. It took Christian about an hour. He worked very hard. $300 was more than we expected to spend, but in the end considering it was after hours it was a good value. Thanks Christian.

Nothing professional about their customer service. Scheduled a simple service for a clogged shower drain online and received a confirmation email with the correct date and time CLEARLY noted on the confirmation. Waited all day for someone to show up. Ten minutes before my window of time was to end, called customer service to make sure someone was coming or reschedule. The first Individual was extremely rude, said I was wrong and the service was for the following day, even though I clearly had an email confirmation with the correct date and time I intended. The individual placed me on hold to see if they could correct it and I was hung up on. I called back and was then connected with a second customer service individual who asked me to explain again what was going on. They again told me the service was for the following day and did not seem to care I was literally looking at a confirmation with the correct date. I was placed on hold and a third individual picked up and asked what the issue was. I again explained that no one had shown up and I was being told my service was on a different day she also did not care that I had the confirmation email in my hand starting the correct date and times. It was now past my time block of wanting the service, and I just wanted to reschedule but the lady on the phone was trying to justify why the service was made for the following day and see if she could have someone still come out today. I was no longer available that day and didn't want the service the following day. She then indicated that someone would still come out today but could not give me a time frame. Just kept saying ""I don't know, soon"". I had already wasted an entire day, I wasn't going to continue waiting for an unknown block of time. I ended up canceling the service all together and will not be rescheduling with a Roto-Rooter. They're lack of professionalism made me not only not want to deal with trying to schedule a service and wait around again, but also made my extremely uncomfortable letting them in my house, much less even having my address.

Had a drain cleared by Nick in about 10 minutes. Seems to have solved the clogged drain problem, but my issue was with the wait time and the lack of communication on when Nick would be at my property. I was given a window that ended at 1:30 and was originally told that I would receive a phone call when the service guy was 30/45 minutes out. I had never received a call by a few minutes after 1:30 and I decided to call to check on status. Was told I was the next call and not provided a time frame. Never received a call, but Nick did show up at 2:30. Many hours wasted waiting and was pretty expensive compared to most competitors.

My drain for my washer was clogged & I have two teenage boys. We can not go without our washer. I called at 6:30 pm and by 9:30 Ezequiel R. came out & figured out what was wrong & unclogged my drain. Then he tested my washer to make sure it would be ok after he left. He was also very nice & polite. Thank you Ezequiel!

Hassan and Mario did great work for diagnosing what was the issue of backing up of my toilet. Find out the drain pipe was broken via video scope. Even if I cannot do the further work due to my budget, Hassan put my toilet back and cleaned my bath room without any change! I really appreciate his courtesy!

We had a main line clogged up and I couldn't get a plumber out on Labor Day weekend, called Roto-Rooter and they had some one out in 15 minutes. Very clean, surprisingly did not cost an arm and a leg. Very professional and even put on shoe covers to come in my house.
