I can't speak to their service on site but the reservation system is terrible. We called for an emergency situation at 7:00 am and were told we would see a plumber by 11:00 am. At 1:10 pm we had not seen anyone and was told they over booked and had no idea when we would see someone. Not helpful and terrible customer service.

I have contacted the Roto-Rooter office 3 times regarding work that was done at my house. I called because I had a leak in outdoor irrigation pipe. I also had non-urgent problem with faucet. Once I received a bid of $205/hour I told technician just to fix leak. Certainly I can find someone to fix faucet for less than $205/hour! The Technician took it upon himself to fix a faucet despite my instructions not to. He also left to get a part to fix the faucet and got lost for 1/2 hr. I was charged for. Ends up that the part was for the faucet I had told him I did not want fixed! The bill was for $307.25. Then he cracked one of my stepping stones while cleaning out his shop vac. I called the office 3 times, was told the manager Rick Brashler would call me back each time. He has never called. I was also promised the technician would be here between 8:30-9:30 in morning, no show, then told would be here at 11:00, no show, told he would be here in 1 hr. no show. Arrived 2:15 p.m.

Up from the Bay Area, we were visiting our friends this Memorial Day weekend, and after a party we found the kitchen sink plugged the next day. On Memorial Day, Roto-Rooter not only answered the phone right away but, plumber Da'Marcus Lewis was at our door in Roseville within the promised 30 minutes assessing the kitchen sink line clog. Within another 30 minutes the plugged line was snaked to the street and our kitchen sinks were back in business. Da'Marcus was very polite and informative and although we certainly don't want to have another clog, if we do, we look forward to seeing Da'Marcus again. Lastly, Roto-Rooter might be a little more pricey than others in the area, having the phone answered right away on a holiday day, then getting SAME DAY service, along with 6-month warranty, smiles and good vibes is ALWAYS appreciated and well worth it (by the way, don't forget to use the discount coupon on the Roto-Rooter website). We now can focus on the Warriors-OKC game 7 tonight with full snacks from the kitchen. Thank you Roto-Rooter ! Thank You Da'Marcus !!

On 5/3, my tenant had plumbing issues in her sink. It over flow and leaked under the kitchen sink. My contractor went to replace the drain pipe and said I needed a plumber that can snake the line. So I call 5 to 6 plumbing companies and left messages. Only 2 called me back . They said that they can't help me that day but maybe later on in the week.

Well I called Roto Rooter and they said they will get someone out to my unit in 2 hours. Darren came by at 2:30 that afternoon. He was quick and inspected the issue and call me with options to how much it will cost. He discuss the 2 options I have and said the tenants grease had clog the pipes. He said they sell this crystal that can help the pipes stay clean and that he will teach tenant the proper way of using the crystal to prevent these problems. The quote was $260.00 minus $20 coupon discount. His worked has a 6 months warranty. I really appreciate how prompted Darren got the job done and talk to my tenants regarding what not to put down the drain and how she can help maintain the pipes. Everything is working great now!!!!!!!

We had an emergency plumbing problem a couple nights ago and Bobby showed up extremely quick and got us through the night. He came back the next day to give us a quote on the main problem and we decided to hire him. He worked all day and into the dark evening hours and finished the rest of the job today. I have to say, he was very professional and honest and courteous. Never fun having a plumbing problem, but Bobby made it better! Thank you Bobby!

We needed services to stop our hot water from leaking and flowing continuously out of the outgoing drain. Roto Rooter technician name, Michael came to access the problem and discovered we needed to replace the pressure relief valve. His original quote was $485;however, we were able to get a price match for $350.

What Roto Rooter and their technician failed to inform us was they included the time it took him to go to the store to purchase the replacement valve AND the time it took him to replace it, which I understand. They failed to disclose added cost when he was not here. Also, he did not mention there was a $20 dollar off service coupon and we discovered the coupon ourselves looking online.

I do believe they overcharge (making up their prices to have the numbers add up to what they believe the job costs) and I would highly recommend you get at least 3-5 other quotes! We will not be using their services again.

This is by far the best plumbing company my family has ever used( and we have used many). Not only were they honest and fast but also sent us a great employee named bobby. Bobby was by far the most honest repair person I have ever dealt with and was very efficient. He put himself above all the others I have dealt with over the years by showing that he truly cared about the problem he was sent to fix and very knowledgeable and had a great way of explaining all of my options. Bobby wasn't just trying to get the money and run, he really choose for me the best option and saved me a lot of money compared to other company quotes I had received. All in all I highly recommend this business and wish every company I dealt with had an employee like Bobby. Great job ROTO ROOTER.

Our service man was Dave Sozomon, tech #0393. He arrived quickly and went to work immediately to isolate the problem and get it fixed. He was very nice. He was very careful to keep everything clean. He was friendly and professional. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we got. We will definitely recommend Roto- Rooter plumbing and Drain service to others.

These guys are awesome!!

We had the misfortune to have an after-dark drain backup, sending icky stuff into various shower pans. Of course, I jumped on the Internet to find a plumber. First call was to Bonney...the receptionist was very nice buy couldn't get a plumber out to us until Monday. I then called several other shops, but no one answered.

I then thought of Roto Rooter. Called them, answered the phone on the first ring. Very nice person at the end of the line told me that they could have someone out in two hours, maybe sooner. Then, after an hour, they called me back to tell me the plumber would be there in 20 minutes.

When Jeremy arrived, he was polite and professional. He did the work with minimal disruption to our family night and completed the job in short order. The cost was reasonable...believe me, I would have paid almost anything to resolve the problem. After all, who wants to sleep in a sewage filled home.

These guys are great...call them if you find yourself in similar circumstances!!
