Was recommended by a friend but deeply regret using them. Bought a new home and it started to have water pressure issues, thinking maybe clogged drain. Called them to come out and they charged me $189 to diagnose and tell me the water softener needed cleaned out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! $189 for that?! It was a joke and waste of my time and money. Would NEVER recommend them!!

Called roto-rooter for a backed up sink in my bathroom after not being able to clear it myself. Varday came in a timely manner and assured me it was nothing he couldn't handle. I appreciated how he had boot covers and a mask on the entire time. Varday made quick work of the clog and my sink now works better than it did before it was clogged. Huge weight off my shoulders as it's the only bathroom sink in my house. Would recommend Roto-rooter (especially Varday) to anyone needing plumbing work. 5 stars.

Had a great experience with Colby. He showed up quickly and was able to clear the clog in the kitchen line. Very professional and personable. Explained everything so it was clear. Definitely will call again.

Our main water supply pipe broke last night around 8 PM. We were able to turn the water off to stop the flooding in the yard. We called 4 or 5 local plumbing companies, but they were all booked and could not come out for a week.

We called Roto Rooter and they came out within an hour. The technician Isaiah was friendly, courteous, and found the problem right away. He got a quote, the parts and had our water turned back on by early afternoon.

It was a holiday Sunday when we noticed what appeared to be wet toilet paper on our driveway coming from a pipe access like labeled ""sewer."" We tried a toilet flush test and low and behold we could see water coming up from the access. Roto Rooter came within 2 hours of calling and roto-rooted that sucker clean! THANK YOU for the amazingly easy and affordable experience!

Absolutely terrible. Called in to fix a toilet that did not flush. Took plumber all of 5 mins to correct and charged $220!
What a RIP OFF.

Roto rooter has been around for many years. I know I can depend on them to do the job right the first time. They have very knowledgeable technicians and managers that have been in the business for a long time. I would definitely recommend using them. Prices are competitive and their warranties are even better.

We did not get the project done with Roto-Rooter. The kitchen sink at our summer cabin leaked and the pipes were all corroded when we looked. The first time we contacted them, we were told the plumber will arrive late evening. There would be a fee of close to $400 just for the plumber to come into the cabin and look at the project. The fee applies even if Roto-rooter does not take the job. Nonetheless we agreed. We waited into the evening and no one showed up. Roto-rooter then called and said they'd have to reschedule us to ""first thing in the morning"" We were going to leave the cabin that night but with the schedule change, we ended up staying overnight. The following morning, Roto-rooter called to say we'd have to reschedule again to the following day. We didn't reschedule with them because they have proved to be very unreliable. Unfortunately, other plumbers we contacted didn't have time to do our project so we tried Roto-rooter again the following week. A different agent took the call and reassured us that an appointment was set for the upcoming Saturday. The agent called the following day to apologize saying our cabin was not part of his territory. So basically we'd have to start everything all over again.

In short, their system is poorly organized and unreliable. For the price they were asking for, this hardly represents good value for service. We won't waste time with them again.

I'd give it no stars if I could. I had a shower cartridge that needed to be replaced. They tried to tell me I needed a bunch of work done and the job would cost $4800. I just called a local company that fixed my actual issue for $280. Total rip off up sale company. Don't use them.

I made a huge mistake! 3 times at $1k each time I hired roto rooter. The problem still exists. I'm sick, livid and broke!!!!!
