Do Not Use - Hazard To Your Sanity. I called them at 8:00 AM and they told me they would be out at 11:00 AM. Every two hours after 11:00 AM they called me saying they would be out. Not surprisingly they never came out. I stayed home the entire day waiting for them, terrible service. I even asked them if we should rescehdule for tomorrow, there comment was ""No Sir we will be there today"" Had no opportunity to call someone else etc....very frustrating.

Edmond from the Glendale Roto-Rooter is my hero. For months our drain has been chugging along. Finally, I had enough. Edmond spent literally hours making certain our pipes were clear. His professionalism and competent demeanour were surpassed only by his ability to find and rectify our problem. Five stars is not sufficient to describe my complete satisfaction.

My landlord called to have someone sent to my apartment around 2pm for an urgent plumbing situation. My toilet was leaking from the bottom and flooding my apartment. Nobody arrived until 6:30. The plumber, Bill, came in around 7. He looked at the toilet and tub, told us they were broken, then went back outside to call my landlord. He was out in his truck from 7:15-8. At 8 he just left. Never came back in to tell us what's going on. Never fixed anything. I was outside when he left and he couldn't even inform me he was leaving. He also tracked wet. footprints all over my apartment that I had JUST gotten the floor dry on.

Technical came out to unclog the drain, we paid $240 . For this price, our bathtub and bathroom should have been spotless like when the technician began. It was not. He left black stuff all in the tub, on the floor and smudged fingerprints on the toilet seat. If this was the $69 special, sure but at $240 the room should have been spotless like no one had been in there. Wouldn't recommend or use again. I did call to report this, was told someone would contact me. That never happened.

Mike Towe and Edmond Brown came out to clear a clogged sewer line. This was my first experience with this type of problem and those two gentlemen were professional, kind, and an overall pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue. Thank you Mike and Edmond

Back in 2013 I came home from a vacation and found my bathroom toilet was not flushing right. I called Roto-Rooter to come out. It was a Saturday or Sunday. Roto-Rooter wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone. It took the guy a few minutes to find a brush head that was used by my cleaning company. Roto-Rooter charged me over $250 for that service. I understand a weekend charge, but why is there a weekend charge if you advertise that you are available 7 days a week? It is misleading. I did purchase a jug of enzyme solution to help keep the drains running. That still was a huge charge for a few minutes work. I will never use them again. It was a complete ripoff. I wish I had done this years ago.

Got an appointment between 3 and 5 pm yesterday, did not get a call till 7pm when I am no longer available to be at the site. No courtesy call at all. Rescheduled for following day which was never met again; and again, no courtesy call. Very bad service and very unprofessional. Will never call them ever again. If available, I would give 0 star for this company.

Very happy with this company! Walked in to a river in my home to find out my sewer line was clogged this morning... Called and received a very friendly representative that dispatched Frank to come help. Frank was great!!! He was here within an hour and all is good now! I will definitely call them again if I am ever in need of plumbing service...Very impressed! Thank you so much!

I love Yelp yet some reviewers are so critical I almost did not use this super company. Granted we live out of area so we had an additional fee but this is typical not unusual. Our technician Michael was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and after unclogging our drain gave me tips to avoid a clog again. Totally my bad.
He offered us an unsolicited senior discount. Made the whole experience more palatable. Do check rates before agreeing to a service call. Again my bad. Overall great experience and all cleaned up before the dinner party. Whew

BEWARE! In an emergency they may begins but they will rip you off on a simple plumbing request. We are new to the area and needed a toilet removed and reinstalled. They failed to give us a quote and then charged us $700+! Highway robbery and completely unethical. We are calling BBB.
