The tram at Roto-Rooter is always extremely quick to answer work orders when I send one over. They are typically on-site taking care of issues within just a couple of hours and their pricing is worthy of the work they do. I trust in them to get the job done right and on time, every time.

AVOID this dishonest and unprofessional crew. Called on Saturday 07/17/21. Crew arrived and ran snake. Stated they ran into a severe obstacle that snake could not clear. Stated they would have to install a main line clean out to hydro-jet the line. Crew supervisor suggested that the main line had collapsed at street, but would not know unless clean out was installed. The estimate was $4,375. Excessively high, but we agreed because they promised to do work immediately. The crew left after the contract was signed. We we called the office, we were advised we would need to schedule for Monday or Tuesday. We of course cancelled. A friend referred me to a union plumbing company that drove to Palm Springs from West Covina. Upon arrival, the crew ran a snake through the line and cleared the line. They ran a camera that showed no obstructions or cracks. The main line clean out was installed to avoid any future issues. The total cost, including excessive drive time, was $1,700.00 Far less then dishonest Roto-Rooter Palm Springs price of $4,375.00.

AVOID! DO NOT HIRE!!! FIND **ANYONE** else!!!!

Unbelievably inept. terrible communication, confused conversations with the several, several agents and technicians who routinely call to contradict previous conversations.

One tech arrives, diagnosis issue, promises estimate. Estimate never sent. Follow up visit scheduled to get the work done after a quote is verbally provided, but instead visits ONLY for an estimate. Two visits. No work. Third visit scheduled, price jumps 34% to $500 and scheduled again. Day of, work can't be done even after troubleshooting through a challenge three full days prior and getting managerial approval. A terrible, customer experience. Lindsey, Juan, Juan and the whole team over there are just awful.
