I recently had a bit of problem at my home in Palm Springs.
A rather large puddle was forming in my back yard right next to my home.
I had used Roto Rooter years ago, so I gave them a call.
Long story short.....The problem was solved quiclkly by what I feel are two of the best plumbers I have ever worked with......Albert Gomez & Daniel Lopez.
They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, quick, and personable.
Even though I did have a leak from an old steel pipe.....that these two gentlemen fixed......it was actually a pleasure having them work on my home.
Have a plumbing problem ??......please don't hesitate to call Roto Roooter.

I had an exceptional experience w Roto Rooter, Aaron Ramirez and his team (Saul, Adrian, Nick, and Eddie). Aaron went beyond to help us with a recent water leak. He provided resources like housing, communicated with insurance adjuster, and helped us with the many issues of having a flood.
They were able to complete the job as quickly as they were able to.

I had a clog in my main drain. It was suggested that the toilet would have to be reseated. I stood firm just to go into the line with a snake and unclog it. They charged me four times what I would've paid with a local company. Even excluding the $79 after hours charge, it was still four times higher than another company I had used a year prior. Took the guy less than an hour to unclog my line. I guess they must make five hundred an hour now. Crazy pricing. Do not recommend. The work was done but it was at a high premium and I felt like the service technician came in looking for a bigger job than I needed. I don't like that. People who didn't know what service they needed are vulnerable to this company.

Michael from Roto Rooter came out on a Sunday morning only a few hours after I discovered the leak and called for help. He quickly determined my 40 year old water heater was failing, got a new one set up, brought the original plumbing up to code, and replaced some leaky gas valves.

I have a home insurance plan for my appliances so when I was told they could not find one of their vendor's to send out to clear my clogged toliet . It was suggested to find my own plumbing service and they would reimburse me! I called Roto Rooter because I had needed fast response after waiting days for my insurance company to send someone. Jason and Jonathan were here within and hour! Both very professional and knowledgeable they helped me through the situation with my insurance company with patience and grace. My problem was solved within a few hours. Hopefully my insurance company will honor their word and my contract and reimburse me as promised!

Our kitchen had mold under the sink. I called the roto rooter team, and they came out the next morning. The mitigation team did an excellent fast and efficient job. Called on Thursday evening for a Friday appointment. Was told someone would call at 0800 with the plumber time and at around 0830 received a call that a plumber would be dispatched and should be here in about an hour and twenty minutes. 40 mins later received another call that it would be delayed as the plumber had a flat and another plumber is being dispatched. A couple hours later, my backyard camera goes off an the plumber is stuck in a wash in the backyard trying to use wood from my yard to get unstuck. I went outside and he finally came in to take a look. I explained the problem and first thing said is his mind is not in the job because he is worried about being stuck in wash. I explained the issue again and all the work that I did and he asks for my tools to pull the pipe from the garage disposal, use my tool to push in a blockage, runs water, and then charges $ 375 for not even 5 mins of work. Yes he was in the house for a couple of more minutes calling everyone to explain he was stuck in the wash. I feel I paid for his tow truck bill instead of any work done. What a joke of a company.

Saul Cazares is amazing! I had a leak that I thought was coming from my washer and it turned out to be a busted pipe behind the wall. I was so stressed and worried about what to do, he handled everything. Christian fixed the pipe the same day and with in a few days they started the restoration. Saul sent everything to my insurance spoke with the adjuster and took a lot of stress off of me. He answered every call and text to assure me everything was going to be ok, and he gave me a good deal on the plumbing to replace the pipe. I highly recommended! I want to thank you for all your help.
