I had a great experience today with Roto-Rooter. I first called my home warranty who sent a terrible plumber. He didn't help me one bit. Then Anthony shows up from Roto-Rooter. He really checked everything around the house to diagnose what was causing my stoppage. Pulled out the big machine and snaked my line. Magical. The tub and sink in my bathroom drained! Such a pleasure! They really know clogged drains better than the others.

Worst experience ever!! Called for service, waited 3 hours for a call stating they would not be able to service tank when they originally told us that they would. Advise against ever using this company.

I had some roots in my toilet and the water wouldn't go down. I called and they came out and got 3 different prices for the problem up to $950, they said the would have to break the floor and replace a pipe that was broken and that's how the roots were getting in. We said no, it was too expensive. They came back again and did nothing but remove and replace the toilet and charged me $250.00 for that. For doing nothing. A friend came by and fixed it the problem right away with no breaking the floor or replacing a pipe and the toilet is now working as well as new. I will never recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. They just care about getting as much money as they can from unsuspecting customers. NEVER AGAIN!

I called this company on a sunday my main pipe was clogged the plumber double talked me and i thought it was going to be cheaper than it was i paid anyways they email a receipt to you it took nine days to get it. He put something on the receipt he did not do will never use them agaim

Please do not use this firm! In 2015 this firm cleaned out my mothers kitchen sink for a cost of $225. High, but not too unreasonable. I called yesterday 10-15-2017 and was told by the first technician it would be $295 and he would not allow coupon discounts or senior discounts...even though there web site said otherwise. The technician was cocky, rude and completely unprofessional. I called the very professional dispatcher back and relayed the unprofessional conduct of the technician. She immediately called her supervisor and another plumber was dispached. The 2nd plumber came out and said it would be $325 and could go has high as $650 if the line need to be power-washed.

The only way to stop these exceptionally POOR business practices is simply stop cash flow. Please do not do business this firm until new management and staff are procured. John Baker - my Mother is Mrs. Singleton.

Roto Rooter what a Scam. They charged me $450.00 to unclog a toilet. Came to my house and used the smallest snake ever to unclog my toilet and told me, they have to remove the toilet so they can put a longer snake in. So now the cost went from $95.00 to $450.00. I get it I'm getting screwed I had not choose but to pay if I wanted to unclog the toilet. Two weeks later toilet is clogged again called got there answer service and they won't return my call and just emailed to say they called. but I didn't answer.. Hello we have a smart phone, it records all of our missed calls. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!

Mike and Sergio are professional, courteous, and responsive. We needed a hydro-flush at our condo and they got the job done speedily and thoroughly. We will keep coming back (but hopefully won't have to very often)! They were also extremely fair in their pricing for their services.

Service was provided in Rancho Mirage, was good, but very expensive. I couldn't get through to the business office due to their phone problems on the day of service. The plumber spent 10 minutes diagnosing and fixing the toilet stoppage, 10 minutes talking, and charged $190. Today I did reach them and the lady answering the phone said the charge was on the ""low end"" and the service technicians have the discretion to set their own charge. Never heard of a company allowing that, which allows for price gouging. Won't use or recommend their service again.
