Called Royo Rooter out to a newly bought house in Killeen, Texas. The house had a 'mop sink' that needed to be removed and a washer/dryer to be hooked up.
The service person quoted us $1,500 to unhook a drain, two water lines, and remove the sink along with screwing the washer lines to the water supply. He also tried to tell us that we would need to call for floor and wall repair after he was finished. That would have been after removing 4 screws holding the legs to the floor and cutting caulking from the back of the sink.
We said "no" but he charged us $100 for 10 minutes work.
He also told us that he usually charges $200 but would reduce it to $100 if we bought him lunch. LITERALLY, he said that.
Called the office and was told "we USUALLY charge MORE than that".
Simply a rip off of honest customers in need of assistance.

They came out on a Sunday afternoon & quickly repaired our water leak. Very courteous & professional. They brought the water service up to code & therefore needed a city permit so it costs more than we expected but now we have a shut off valve at the house. We will definitely use them again.

If you need a Plummer, I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter, it was very easy to an appointment and the Plummer they sent out was very professional and friendly, the service he provided was exceptional, will definitely be calling them for any pluming problems that we have in the future, hopefully it won't be in the near future .

If I need something done and done right, I call Roto-Rooter. When there is a water leak it needs to be fixed right now and not in two, three or four days. Roto-Rooter was right there and installed my new water heater and prevented a lot of damage. If the need arises, I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

They followed through on the expectation they would arrive within an hour. Unfortunately, meeting expectations stopped there, as they strung us along for the next 24 hours. As a result, we made no progress dealing with a plumbing emergency and lost an entire day waiting on Roto-Rooter. We certainly understand that services can be overbooked. However, their competitors where straightforward with us in communicating their availability. Roto-Rooter was not. I would encourage others to book services with them only as a backup alternative.

Not a fun morning... However, they got to my house within 30 minutes. Courteous, quick to diagnose, and persistent to fix the issue. Or 3 year old had found the uncovered sewer access line in our backyard, and drop bricks down!! Some pieces were pulled out, others broken up so they were small enough to flow out.

Got a call same day and had a technician come out. He worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done. I did find out hours later that the city could've done the same thing for free versus the $218 I paid.

My appointment was at 1:30 I call to find out if the 1:30 appointment is confirmed. Sorry to say the lady that answered the phone needs more training in customer services. If you don't care about your Cuestomer you are going to lose a lot of your business

I want to give a huge "shout out" to Roto Rooter of Belton, TX. We called them to have sink valves replaced and sink and shower fixtures replaced in one of our bathrooms. They were extremely professional, they responded quickly to our request and we are very satisfied with the job they did. We highly recommend them for your next plumber job.
