Don't trust the stupid name brand of largest corporate plumber.. i called, offerred to pay up front, sent an email that the rep wanted me to showing that my landlord agreed to the repairs and they said no after 3 days.. theyre a waste of time and money! Do yourself a favor and call a plumber that will show up on time and do the service. Total waste of time and the service reps are freakin clueless

We had a clogged toilet. We called one company,
they could not come until the next day. We called Roto-Rooter Plumbing in Mission Viejo. They sent technicians Andrew and John, who were extremely professional and arrived within the hour. A little pricey, but totally worth it and, let's face it, what plumber isn't pricey?! I will definitely call them again if there is ever a need again

Alphonso did a great job today when our kitchen sink got completely clogged. He worked quickly and cleanly and did a thorough job. Once he was done he asked me to check it all to ensure I was happy. Very friendly service. So happy that they offer such prompt service on the weekends.

Called the company to unclog my sink. They were prompt and courteous. The journeyman, Adrian was the most honest and helpful plumber that I have ever met! I will certainly be using this company in the future for any plumbing problems.

Had a plugged TOILET. , Didn't drain or overflow but ran through ceiling into downstairs hall. Tech came out and said he would 'snake' through the sink in my bathroom.???, ok both are What a mess!water related. After said there was a clog,

6 days later same scenario...called RR againT Toilet does not flush!

Call RR thinking the 30 day warranty would be in play...WRONG! he said that was for a different line.WHAT? I asked to have the TOILET uncloggerd, not the sink.
Answer: he warranty only cover one line, so why didn't you unclog the toilet?
I still don't rememmber the rationale he gave me..
First call $210. Second call $$159.00 Total $369.00,

Seniors beware! Their warranty must have been written by a Philadelphia Lawyer...would have taken at least an hour to read the fine print.

My business had a clogged pipe which led to a bit of flooding every time we would drain our sink. Called roto rooter on Thursday , scheduled for Friday ""at earliest 10am"", received a call from a roto rooter operator at 10:45 am saying ""all technicians are experiencing delays and are hoping to get someone out here in 3-4 hours. the service guy Manny came in at 12:45pm. I explain the situation and he listened to what I had to say. First he wanted to check the situation I described and quickly came to a solution.

Manny, was quick, efficient, and polite. Will ask for him again but hopefully not too soon.

Made an appointment with Roto Rooter, they called to confirm the time a few days before and so I took a morning off work and waited for them to show up. Guess what? No show and no one from Roto Rooter called to tell me they were going to be delayed.

Called up the company and they said they were too busy to that day, and if I wanted someone, I either had to reschedule or wait another 2 hours.

Learned my lesson there for sure. Thanks for wasting my time.

Like the guy coming, his name is Keith. We had an emergency late afternoon. Toto-Rooter came in one hour and stayed till 9:30pm to fix up the sewer backup problem. They checked every toilet to make sure all fine and provided 120 days warranty. It's so professional and reliable!

They ripped me off for $10,000, and they didn't even fix my pluming problem!!!!
They first estimated me for $5,000 and then once they got started with the project and they KNEW that they had me by the throat, they jacked up the price to $10,000.
Be very very careful!!! These guys are wolves and they will not fix your unsung problems.
I do NOT recommend this company at all!!!
Don't be fooled by their name. They subcontracted everything and played the blame game and used every excuse in the book to differ problems with their services !!!!

All I needed was a main drain rooting, and had roto rooter come out. They wouldn't give any quote over the phone, but did come the next morning at the prescribed time. They gave a free quote, and all ended there. $225. for a rooting? No. Declined bid, and he walked away without even replacing the main drain cap. Then called a place called Cole Services out of Garden Grove, and they did the job for $60. The Roto guy said we wouldn't get a better price, but I've had this line rooted three or four times over the years, and never got a bloated quote like this. I can't comment on the services of this company, but they overcharge for a simple clogged drain.
