I had an issue with the drains and toilets in my Groveland short term rental property at Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland CA. I reside in Valencia Ca. I was contacted by Jason quickly after the problem occurred. He drove to the property and stayed in constant contact with me while he trouble shot the issue. He gave me constant feedback as to his findings and gave me the cause of the problem and a solution. The system is working now but needs some follow up work. He is putting together a plan of attack and will update me as he progresses. I am e pressed with Jason's follow up and constant communication. I would recommend this branch of Roto Rooter to anyone and also Jason as a top notch representative of the company.

Our water heater went out over a weekend. Jason from Roto-Rooter was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He went over basic diagnostic issues issues to see if he could help without having to come out, when that failed he showed up prepared with the proper equipment. We are in Strawberry and were relieved Jason was willing to make the longer drive on short notice.

Im extremely shock the way they charged an hour, it was $230 per hour, I can understand if they charge 1 hour for replacing valve that pop off behind shower tile, but 3hour, for a total of more than $700, thats like robbery i would say...the first hour they cant do anything due to PGE power out, but whoaaa, they charge me of full an hour for that and then once they come back there's another 1.25hr * 2 men charge, a total of more than $700 for replacing pipe burst behind wall....

Came back from Thanksgiving holiday to find that my water main had sprung a leak. Turned off the water and tried plumbers in the Groveland area, but were all closed for the weekend. Got in touch with Roto Rooter who dispatched Nick Wray to my house within 3 hours. Nick worked hard digging up the pipe under my deck and located the the leak which he quickly and efficiently repaired. I was impressed by Nick's honesty, knowledge, and experience in the field. The final bill for the work was very reasonable. I'll be keeping Roto Rooter on my speed dial for all my plumbing issues.

I was fortunate to have Jason Cope come out from Roto-Rooter in Sonora, on 18859 Microtonics Way, #B-2.

My plumbing was completely backed up and the pop up valve had released. Yuk. He not only came out right away but was very personable, did a thorough job, and even helped me clean up around it. I like his positive attitude, too. Gave a lift to my day :)

If I could give a zero star I would. Be VERY careful if you plan to use them. They WILL rip you off. I was charged for work NOT DONE. When I called about the issue, they agreed the job didn't get done, but refused to do anything about it. Hire these guys at your own risk.

We called Sat morning, someone was here in 4-5 hours, when no one else was open or answering calls in the Arnold area. They do charge a premium ($208/hr during the day, and $220/hr on weekends/nights). 1st service tech got their snake stuck sadly, had to come back later again and it didn't help. 1 hr was charged. That led to a more experience staff Nick to come Monday and help us. He provided to be more efficient and helpful, able to locate the clogged drain pipe from a septic tank. Charged 1.75 hours of labor for diagnosing and searching for our problem, and then fixing a few areas of pipes. Had parts on hand to save time. All in all, we had a surprise clog that we thought was a simple fix, but with our combined efforts to help and and discuss options, we found the problem and he helped resolved it. If not, we may have end up spending much more money for a fix. So, we're thankful.
