My tiolet started over flowing at 3:30 am. I called and waited till 7:00 am. Called again at 7:00 and left a message. Still have not gotten a phone call back. Called another Drain cleaning company.

Horrible company. Cheaters, liars. We hired them to do the water cleanup in our basement due to flooding in our basement. They took the job but left without completing the job. They are not answering our calls or text messages. I will make sure to tell my family and friends to never ever use these thieves. It's plain disgusting. They said they will throw away the damaged padding but they never did so we had to do that on our own. They never completed the job and disappeared and are extremely over priced. Shame on them!!! They deserve 0 stars.

It was Tuesday morning around 9:30am and I noticed my hot water tank was leaking , I had to be at work at 2:30pm and my husband was working. I called to see if I could get someone to come over, the women on the phone was very accommodating and gave me a time slot to expect them. When the man showed up at my house he was very pleasant and clean. He was very meticulous. Which I greatly appreciate. Thanks to Roto-Rooter my issue was fixed very quickly without a disaster.

Please do not ever use this particular plumbing company!!!! The owner is Sean Daniels. First of all let me begin by saying we called late at night and had a technician to come out for a sewer back up although the technician was very nice my husband had to help him do everything he had to help him with the drains he even helped him clean up after he made an utter mess!! What service man doesn't clean up especially after paying over $500 just to snake a toilet!! We were totally ripped off. We had 2 other plumbers plus the town sewer to come asses the problem. Both agreed that the piping systems where we live we're not installed properly thus causing sewer back up. And when you try to call the office the girls there are so evasive and absolutely rude beyond belief. They have such attitudes they shouldn't even be working customer service. And forget about ever contacting the owner just does not happen save yourself grief and call prestige plumbing which I should've done in the beginning!!!! And it's funny if you look at Daphne D review of this company further down Seems to be the same story!!!'

Called RR serving the Morris county area. I cannot day enough about Matt M and Bill. They arrived on time, told me with absolute confidence they could get my kitchen sink unclogged. I had told them another plumbing company came and did not fix the issue and charged me $275. Binsky plumbing company told me I needed to rip out my sheet rock, remove/replace some galvanized pipes, resheet rock, spackle, sand and paint. I decided to give it one more shot and call RR. Matt and Bill were incredible professional, arrive during the stated window and explained everything they were doing as I hovered over them. Fixed my clogged drain within 30-45 minutes. Left everything in perfect condition. I have 5 other rental properties, RR will be my go to plumbers from now on.

The last couple of years, we've had opportunity to call Roto-Rooter three times, for three entirely different things. Each time, the appointment was prompt, the service tech arrived on time, service was left neat and clean, and the price was reasonable.

These days, when getting service for your home can be so difficult, the folks at Roto-Rooter made it easy!

My experience with Roto-Rooter was nothing short of exceptional. When I called to have my septic line taken care of, after inspecting it, Jay stated, ""I could charge you for doing it, but, I don't think that would fix the problem. I can send one of our guys from our plumbing team to fix the line in the sink, and that should fix your problem."" INSTANT credibility.

James came out, did the job he came for, and then fixed a few other things while he was here. He kept us posted every step of the way.

Such a great experience in addition to the job well done. I highly recommend dealing with them if you want to be treated greatly and the job done with integrity.

Had them come out to the company I work for to fix a clogged line on outside of home. Snaked it and said it was good $1200.00. Next morning had same problem, Called said they be there 1st thing. Never showed. I called next day, couldn't come because employees had to many hours that week??? Came next day around 4 pm, and was told they would have to remove toilet inside and snake from there. They did that $500.00 charge , not covered under warranty??? not sure something about charging to remove toilet. Technician (LOL) said it was good. Next morning same problem. Called Now they need to bring a camera at $500.00 an hour. They said they be between 2 and 4. They didn't show till 4:45. Nobody could stay late, but we so showed the Tech. that the lower clean out was over flowing and sent him away. Called the next day to talk to manager to see if i could get a different technician (lol) He said no and his guy and him have been doing this for over 20 years, and got very angry at me. He also sated I would still need a camera. I said I know where the clog is and that the Technician never looked past the 1st clean out. He got mad and also said it would not be covered under the warranty of the 1st clean out. That they charge from clean out to clean out, not to clear clog.. I told him if I had to have an employee come out an do a job 3 times, I would not be charging the customer. Again I got the 20 years doing this speech. I told him not to come out again. At that time I took a garden hose and went to the 2nd clean out in the yard and flushed the system. I fixed it within 15 min. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. The technician flat out lied to his boss (probably a relative) and said he walked the whole line. I had someone with him the whole time. The boss got very angry and unprofessional. I was way over charged and insulted, plus had to fix it myself. I will never use this service again. Absolutely the worst!!!

Damage was done to my kitchen drain and wasn't discovered till after they left on a Friday. When I called they said it was no longer with in ""typical business hours"" and they did not stand behind their guarantee or repair the damage they caused during their work.
