Frank S.Why would a reputable nationally recognized business like Roto-Rooter post a bogus business address? Their posted address is where King Kamehameha Hotel is located. Obviously not a plumbing business address.
Kate M.I am writing to update this review. It was suppose to be a one-star review for Rooter-Man in Kona, not Roto-Rooter (who I have not worked with).
Kaui G.I called Rooter Man and receptionist said someone will call me. I waited 3 hrs. At 6:30pm I called Roto-Rooter Kailua- Kona and Steve called me and was there 1 1/2 hr. I received excellent professional service. Not impressed with Rooter Man.
